Mountain ecosystem has become an important biodiversity center and habitat because of its good functions of soil and water conservation,water conservation and biodiversity maintenance.But at the same time,the mountain ecosystem also contains rich mineral resources.With the acceleration of social development,the use and demand of resources are also increasing.Many areas suffer from excessive exploitation of resources and large-scale ecological damage.Therefore,the mountain ecosystem is more and more fragile.How to carry out regional sustainable development and ecological restoration is the key to ecological protection of mountain ecosystem.Based on this,this paper takes northern mountains Area of Jiaozuo City as the research area,village administrative area as the evaluation unit,establishes the regional ecological vulnerability evaluation index system by means of remote sensing,GIS technology and the improvement of matter-element extension evaluation model,and delimits the ecological protection red line of the research area on the basis of ecological vulnerability evaluation.The research results can provide the basis for the government to formulate the ecological protection policy of northern mountains Area and carry out targeted management and ecological restoration for each evaluation unit,and also provide practical cases for resource exhausted areas to promote ecological restoration through economic transformation.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the current situation of mineral resources and ecological environment in the study area.The study area is rich in various mineral resources.Coal mines,metal mines,clay mines and quarrying mines have played a huge role in promoting the economic development of Jiaozuo City.According to the Landsat remote sensing images in 2000,2008 and 2017,gaofen-2 remote sensing images in 2015,the current situation map of mine geological environment in Jiaozuo City and the photos taken on site,this paper makes a statistical synthesis of the distribution of mining areas and the surrounding ecological environment in the study area,and finds that the ecological damage suffered is relatively serious,mainly manifested as waste lime left over from resource mining The area of land destruction caused by rock and clay mine pit,high and steep slope and ground subsidence caused by coal mining is large.(2)Establish the evaluation index system of regional ecological vulnerability.Based on the ecological situation and economic development form of the study area,and referring to the process and method of index selection of the same type of research,the evaluation index system of regional ecological vulnerability is established from three aspects of exposure,sensitivity and adaptability.Exposure index includes surface temperature,surface humidity,distance from road,distance from quarrying area,and surface exposure;sensitivity index includes slope,elevation,landscape fragmentation,soil erosion,and biological richness;adaptability index includes normalized vegetation index(NDVI),ecological service value,economic and social development level,and research area protection investment.(3)Improve the matter-element extension evaluation model and analyze the ecological vulnerability and its change trend.Based on the Landsat,gaofen-2 remote sensing image,mine area distribution data and socio-economic data in the study area,combined with the traditional matter-element extension evaluation model,the model is improved by introducing the side distance and continuous correlation function,and the weight is calculated by the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process,which are the combination of subjective and objective,and then the weight of the study area is evaluated Ecological vulnerability.The results showed that from2000 to 2017,the ecological vulnerability of the study area changed from moderate,high and extreme vulnerability to mild and moderate vulnerability,and the extremely vulnerable area decreased significantly,basically disappeared in 2017,and the mild vulnerable area increased significantly;at present,the whole region is at the level of light and moderate vulnerability,with the largest area accounting for 67%,followed by the moderate fragile area Weak,accounting for 24.48%of the total area,micro,high and extreme vulnerability,accounting for 8.52%;in space,the ecological vulnerability of the study area is significantly different from north to south,showing a trend of gradually increasing from north to south.In time,the ecological situation of the study area improved significantly from 2000 to 2017,and the change of vulnerability is gradually stable.(4)Delimitation of the red line of ecological protection in the area.Based on the analysis of the current situation of ecological environment in the study area,combined with the results of ecological vulnerability and specific ecological service functions,the red line range of ecological protection in the area is calculated by multi factor comprehensive evaluation method.The area of the red line area is 357.99km~2,up to41.17%of the total area.The forest area in the red line area accounts for the largest proportion,318.20km~2,accounting for 88.89%of the total area.
