The materials used in the spacecraft will release a large amount of volatile organic compounds,which will not only affect the performance of optical,electrical and other pollution sensitive components,but also threaten the health of astronauts working in the spacecraft for a long time,even delay the space mission.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the volatile organic compounds pollution in the spacecraft.To solve this problem in closed environment,adsorbents which has high specific surface area,large adsorption capacity,stable performance and low cost can be used,such as zeolite with silica tetrahedron and alumina tetrahedron framework.At present,zeolite has been widely used in the field of spacecraft in orbit pollution control.The 13X-SiC coating was bonded and sintered on the different basement by impregnation in coating liquid and microwave sintering in microwave oven.The coating liquid concluded 13 X zeolite powder and SiC powder with strong microwave absorption capacity.Microwave sintering time was designed according to the mechanism of microwave heating.In this paper,the objective of preparing coating rapidly on the different basement is achieved by microwave method.The results show that the gray black 13X-SiC composite coating is directly coated and microwaved after combining with pseudo boehmite.The molecular structure of13 X zeolite was not affected by microwave sintering,and the morphology of 13 X zeolite and SiC powder was not significantly changed.After microwaving,the composite coating bonded between SiC and 13 X zeolite formed the pore structure.The13X-SiC adsorption coating had a certain adsorption property,and the adsorption capacity of the composite coating can be influenced by the ratio of 13 X zeolite and SiC.The experimental result showed that monolithic molecular adsorption layer could be prepared within 2.4 minutes through microwave method.The plugging rate of honeycomb cordierite was less than 2.14 %.In addition,the drop rate in thermal cycling experiment and the loading rate of 13X-SiC adsorption coating were about 0.47 % and18.69 % respectively.The vibration shedding rate was not more than 0.55 %.On the surface of aluminum surface,ZSM-5 zeolite coating was prepared by oxalic acid system anodization and seed method,which can effectively reduce the contact angle of aluminum substrate.After microwave sintering,the vibration shedding rate of 13X-SiC composite coating on aluminum substrate was less than 0.16 %,and the visible light diffuse reflectance was close to 20 %.The 13X-SiC coating with strong binding force and high loading rate coating on the different surface can be prepared by microwave sintering method.The production time of coating could be shortened,and the manufacturing cost of physical adsorption carrier would be reduced,which will be helpful to solve the problem of gas pollution in the spacecraft.A reference method in this paper is put forward to control the molecular pollutants of spacecraft in orbit.
