Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,great importance has been attached to the promotion of ecological civilization and the realization of green development, and the need to establish a new concept of green development is stressed. The proposal of carbon peak and carbon-neutral goal promotes the economic development of key regions in China to further optimize the industrial structure and speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading. In The party’s Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee,it is clearly pointed out that we should reduce carbon emissions,to support the conditions of the region to take the lead in achieving the double-carbon target. The Beijing-TianjinHebei region should seize the precious opportunity given by the times and realize the sustainable development of economy and society more quickly.Taking the overall green development efficiency of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region as the main research object, innovation is made in the selection of indicators and empirical methods.Firstly, introducing the relevant theories of "green development",which is a solid foundation for the research.Summarize and analyze the reasons, then build models to consider undesired output based on the efficiency evaluation theory, also hypothesizes and verifies the factors affecting the efficiency of green development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The study found the overall green development efficiency showed a downward trend and then an upward trend. However, expectations for the future are better.Capital, labor, and technology inputs have varying degrees of redundancy.Industrial structure and technological innovation have a positive impact, while the population size and the level of opening up show varying degrees of negative impact. In the future development, should focus on improving the existing governance mechanism, strengthening human capital, promoting the transformation rate of innovation achievements, and adjusting the degree of openness to develop a circular economy.Figure 18;Table 10;Reference 69... |
