In recent years,food safety has become a major social hotspot issue in China.A series of food safety problems,such as the"One Drop of Incense"incident in 2011,were caused by harmful food additives.Traditional test methods include mass spectrometry,but these methods are not sensitive and have poor accuracy.The key to SERS technology is to improve sensitivity and repeatability by designing a high-gain substrate that can reduce the detection limit.Therefore,the design of high-performance SERS substrates has become a research hotspot.Combined with the characteristics of SERS signal enhancement and the flexibility of PCF structure design,the SERS effect based on PCF sensing is reserached to improve its signal enhancement factor and sensitivity.Firstly,the finite element method was utilized to explore the influence of PCF structural parameters on its optical properties,and a new-style PCF was designed.Secondly,the relationship between them and the gain coefficient of SERS signal was studied by taking the structural parameters and particle spacing of silver nanoparticles as the starting point,and the SERS substrate was designed.Silver nanoparticles were deposited by titanium nitride thin film electrochemical deposition.The 6G of rhodamine was detected to analyze the Raman signal enhancement performance of the SERS composite substrate.Finally,a PCF SERS sensing model was built.The design of the new-style PCF and high-gain SERS substrate was completed by the finite element method,and the electric field enhancement coefficient of the SERS substrate was obtained with a coefficient of 1015.A composite SERS substrate was prepared and rhodamine 6G was detected,and the limit of detection was 10-13mol/L.The research provides a reference for the future design of PCF SERS sensing system,which provides a new solution for food safety testing in China,and also plays a role in promoting the combined application of SERS technology and PCF in the future.Figure 52;Table 3;Reference 62...
