The fluxed pellets were prepared from Zhongguan iron ore powder.Fact Sage thermodynamic software was used to simulate and XRD diffraction,polarizing microscope and SEM-EDS test were used to analyze the liquid phase formation law and ore phase structure of pellets with different ratios,and the pellet metallogenic behavior was clarified.At the same time,the microstructure control mechanism of fluxed pellets with excellent metallurgical properties is proposed.The conclusions are as follows:The oxidation kinetics analysis showed that when the preheating temperature was above 1000°C and the preheating time was 10 min,the pellets were completely oxidized,and the compressive strength was more than 600 N.It can be observed by polarizing microscope that when the temperature exceeds 950°C and the preheating time is 10 min,the mineral phase structure is perfect.Fact Sage was used to calculate the pellets with different components.The results show that the liquid content in pellets decreases with decreasing SiO2content.The increase of alkalinity increases the liquid volume in pellets;increasing MgO content reduces the liquid content in pellets.The metallurgical properties,mineral composition,mineral phase structure and element distribution of the finished pellets were measured,and the liquid volume generation law calculated by thermodynamic software was compared.The results show that when the SiO2content is reduced to 3.0%,the liquid volume increases with the increase of alkalinity,and the liquid generation temperature increases with the addition of appropriate MgO.When R=1.2,w(SiO2)=3.0%,w(MgO)=2.0%,and the calcination temperature reaches 1250°C,the amount of liquid phase formation and the temperature of liquid phase formation are appropriate,the internal binder phase of pellets is appropriate,the mineral phase structure is good,and the metallurgical properties of pellets are the best.Figure 59;Table 22;Reference 85... |
