Coal separation is one of the important links in coal production.In order to obtain fine coal of high quality,cleaned coal is usually selected by flotation.In the process of high ash of fine coal slime flotation process,through to strengthen the selective inhibition of the fine grained high ash coal slime flotation process to carry out in-depth research,is of great significance to improve its application properties.The analysis results of basic characteristics of coal samples show that the ash content of raw coal is 26.79%,of which the fine mud with particle size lower than 0.045 mm accounts for 13.56% and the ash content is 32.34%.The coal samples mainly contain quartz,kaolinite,hematite and pyrite.The contact Angle of coal sample is 25.11°.It was determined by flotation condition test that when the dosage of kerosene and secoctanol was 100 g/t and 130 g/t,and the pulp concentration was 100 g/L,and the dosage of inhibitor with the mass ratio of sodium silicate and dextrin 1:1 was 2000 g/t,cleaned coal ash could be reduced to 9.73% and the yield was 59.23%.The recovery rate of combustible is 67.96% and the flotation perfect index is 40.94%.The response surface method was used to optimize the test results and the optimal process parameters of slime flotation were found to be in line with the actual flotation effect.TOC adsorption capacity test shows that the order of adsorption capacity of different minerals by compound inhibitors is quartz > kaolinite > raw coal.When the inhibitor is adsorbed on the surface of raw coal and quartz,it is monolayer adsorption.When the inhibitor adsorbed on the surface of kaolinite,it was multilayer adsorption.Molecular dynamics simulation shows that chemical interactions occur on mineral surface with compound inhibitors,and the adsorption performance of inhibitors on gangue mineral surface is better than that on pure coal surface.The optimal dosage condition of inhibitor was determined by flotation test and the inhibition mechanism was analyzed,which provided theoretical basis for guiding practice.Figure 44;Table 13;Reference 77...
