Ozone catalytic oxidation is an effective method to treat phenolic wastewater, but there are still some problems such as poor utilization rate of ozone, low catalytic efficiency and loss of active components of catalyst. The catalytic oxidation of phenol simulated wastewater byα-Fe2O3has good degradation efficiency, and the catalyst dispersed in the reaction system is intercepted and recycled by ceramic membrane. Finally, the continuous operation of the process was realized by the ozone catalytic oxidation coupled with ceramic membrane process for the treatment of actual phenol-containing wastewater. The results show that:(1)Ozone catalytic oxidation of phenol byα-Fe2O3,other similar metal oxides andα-Fe2O3@AC was compared.α-Fe2O3showed the best performance, and the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in phenol wastewater could reach 97.67%after 30min of reaction, which was mainly due to the·OH generated by Lewis acid sites on the surface ofα-Fe2O3during catalytic oxidation.(2)When the operating pressure of the optimized ceramic membrane is 30 k Pa,the pollution types of the ceramic membrane are mainly intermediate blockage and cake blockage, and the membrane fouling resistance is mainly reversible resistance, which can be effectively restored by backwashing. At the same time, ultrasonic and stirring can delay membrane fouling to a certain extent.(3)During the six-cycle operation of continuous influent, the COD removal rate of simulated wastewater remained above 85%,the irreversible resistance of ceramic membrane was controlled below 13%of the total resistance, and the reaction system maintained stable operation. The ceramic membrane coupled with catalytic ozonation system effectively treated the actual phenol-containing wastewater. After 60 min,the COD removal rate of the wastewater continued to reach 38.53%,and J/J0was all。Figure 31;Table 10;Reference 60...
