The study on fuel combustion behavior of iron ore sintering process is of great significance to improve fuel utilization rate,sintering condition and reduce production cost.The influence of the initial parameters of quasi-particles and the combustion process parameters are mainly studied by the TG-DTG-DTA.Based on the non-isothermal thermal analysis method,the effects of the quasi-particle structure and the composition of the adhering powder on the combustion kinetic parameters were analyzed.The combustion results of single fuel and quasi-particles of inert material show that,the combustion parameters such as ignition temperature,burnout temperature and maximum temperature of coke powder particles increase with the increase of particle size.For the effect of structure of quasi-particles,the ignition points of the four quasi-particles are S<P<C<S’.The C-type and P-type have fast burning rates,short high temperature holding time,and Tband Tmaxare significantly lower than S-type and S’-type quasi-particles.In the test range,the S’-type and S-type combustion rate are promoted by increasing the flow rate,Increasing the oxygen concentration is conducive to enhancing the intramolecular diffusion of O2,speeding up the reaction rate,reducing Ti,increasing vmax,reducing Tband Tmax,and the quasi-particle flammability is significantly improved.Replace the Al2O3with CaO,MgO,etc.,the actual quasi-particle combustion results show that the combustion behavior is basically the same,but obvious heat absorption peaks and weightlessness peaks appear in the DTG and DTA curves.Compared with the inert material quasi-particles,it showed a good catalytic combustion effect.The ignition point decreases,the combustion rate accelerates,and the flammability index increases.Using the Coat-Redfem thermal analysis method to calculate the apparent activation energy of non-isothermal combustion,the order is:S<C<S’<P.When the composition of the adhesion powder is replaced from Al2O3to CaO,MgO,Fe2O3,etc.it showed a good catalytic combustion effect,the characteristic parameters of quasi-particle combustion showed a decreasing trend.E changed from low to high:CA<SA<PA<S’.Figure 42;Table 22;Reference 60...
