Study On Public Governance Of Urban Water Pollution In Suyu District Of Suqian

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has developed rapidly in economy and society,and people’s living standards have been greatly improved.However,behind a series of remarkable achievements,the increasingly emerging eco-environmental problems can not be ignored,in which urban water pollution is directly related to people’s production and life,so it is of great significance to promote water pollution control.In recent years,Suyu District has deeply implemented the two tasks of the treatment of black and smelly water and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment,which has achieved the improvement of urban water environment to a certain extent.However,there are still some problems,such as imperfect water-related infrastructure,difficulties in fund guarantee for water pollution control,inadequate supervision and management of drainage behavior and insignificant participation of social forces.From the point of view of public management,this paper carefully sorts out the existing problems,deeply analyzes the causes behind the problems,and forms a new system of coordination and cooperation from the participation of many government departments,enterprises and the public to study the new mode of public governance of urban water pollution in Suyu District of Suqian.This article explores the water pollution control methods suitable for the current situation of Suyu District to solve the existing problems and build a set of scientific,reasonable and sustainable public governance system.The purpose of this report is to provide a scientific and reliable theoretical basis for the decision-making of water pollution control in Suyu District,and to provide a reference for other domestic cities with the same size and economic development level in the treatment of water pollution.Thus,it adds a driving force for promoting the construction of ecological civilization,improving the living environment and improving the well-being of the people in our country.
