| Coal-based base oil is one of the important means for the application of coal cleaning.Coal-based base oil has excellent low temperature performance and anti-oxidation performance,and has broad application prospects in the field of lubricants.According to the physical and chemical properties of coal-based base oil,the article selects appropriate coal-based base oil and different functional additives to prepare CI-4 diesel engine oil.Sensitivity test of detergent and dispersant,viscosity index improver and anti-foaming agent;blending different additives with coal-based base oil to study the performance of compound additives in base oil;according to the national standard for diesel engine oil GB11122-2006,the R&D technical indicators of the developed oil were drawn up,the performance experiment of the full formulation of diesel oil blended with coal-based base oil was carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of the developed oil and the reference oil were compared.properties and the influence of thermal oxidation on the anti-wear properties of the developed oil,and the relationship between the change of the molecular structure of the developed oil and its physical and chemical properties and anti-wear properties was discussed.The main results and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol can effectively improve the thermal decay resistance of coal-based base oil,and its compound with diphenylamine antioxidant has certain synergistic anti-decay effect.Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate can reduce the surface friction coefficient while improving the anti-wear effect on the surface of the friction pair,and improve the anti-wear performance of coal-based diesel oil.The dispersant is compounded with a certain proportion of metal detergent,which shows a good synergistic effect,which can disperse the sludge and lacquer into the oil,thereby preventing the sludge or sediment from contacting the metal surface.(2)The optimal mass ratio and preparation process of each additive and base oil in the composite agent were determined by the method of variance analysis,data standardization and weighting of orthogonal experiments.Through the analysis and comparison of the developed oil composite agent,the preliminary formula of the compounding agent was determined.The compound of CTL6#,CTL10# and PAO40 was selected as the base oil for research and development,and the finished diesel engine oil was prepared,and the relevant physical and chemical properties were tested.(3)Based on the accelerated oxidation condition of high temperature oven at 150℃,the evaluation method of oil thermal oxidation performance was researched and developed.The results showed that the coal-based base oil and diesel engine oil had better thermal decay and wear resistance.During the thermal oxidation process,the oil showed a certain thermal oxidation color resistance effect,and it could effectively restrain the movement viscosity change of oil and show better wear resistance.The developed oil has good high temperature clean dispersibility and oxidation stability.(4)The oxidation resistance mechanism of the oil was discussed by driving experiment,it can be seen that with the increase of the vehicle mileage,the physical and chemical indexes and anti-oxidation properties of the reference oil and the developed oil are reduced to varying degrees.Decrease about 3.87% and 3.58%,and the kinematic viscosity at 18000km-34000 km has increased.The content of each metal element in the oil sample has increased,and these indicators have a certain correlation with the driving mileage,which reflects the decay of the oil in the actual working process to a certain extent. |
