In the process of operation and development of XSX Hydropower Company,management of safety production is facing multiple challenges.The company has always focus on safety management,and has gradually adopted scientific and standardized management method,and adopted standardized safety production acceptance and safety production management system certification.However,compared to leading hydropower plants,there are still some gaps in this industry.This is why it is an important challenge to better manage safe production and help the company effectively avoid the risks.This research analyzes the present state of the safety management of the company through the grey fuzzy evaluation method,combines the obtained data result with the concrete safety situation,the safety production standard management,the safe production environment management,and the safety production information management.The optimization measures are established over four main areas of safety management,that is,a proposal to improve safety management from personnel,facilities,information and emergency measures,and organizational structure,capital investment and safety culture.This paper also proposes optimization warranty measures with the ultimate goal of continuously improving the quality of safe production.The research results comply with the guidelines and guidelines of the hydropower industry and the actual needs of the company.It has a certain theoretical research significance and practical application value. |
