| Wool always plays an important role in the textile industry,with excellent performance and a long history of use.But as a natural material,wool fibers yellowed.This is because the growth process is inevitably affected by many factors and produce some pigments.And its fabric has felt shrinkage and pilling phenomenon.In order to improve its wearing value,it is usually necessary to bleach the wool,anti-shrinkage finishing and anti-pilling finishing.The existing processing methods are not only complicated,but also often adopt high temperature treatment.On the one hand,it causes waste of energy,on the other hand,it also causes great damage to the fiber,so that its quality is reduced.To this end,this paper explores a new lowtemperature bleaching method.Therefore,a new low temperature bleaching method was explored in this paper.Through the combined reduction and oxidation pretreatment,the antishrinkage,hydrophilic and dyeing properties of wool fabric were improved comprehensively at the same time.Firstly,the effects of different bleaching processes on the whiteness,strength and wettability of the fabric were compared.The results showed that the combined treatment of reduction-oxidation was better than that of oxidation alone and oxidation-reduction combined treatment.LKZ-610 had the best effect in the combined bleaching of reduction-oxidation treatment.After combined treatment with LKZ-610 reduction and oxidation,the whiteness of the fabric can reach 64,the wicking height was 103 mm,and the strength retention rate was87.38%.After combined treatment of L-cysteine reduction and oxidation,the whiteness of the fabric can reach 62.52,the wicking height was 26 mm,and the strength retention rate was91.21%.After the combined treatment of sodium sulfite reduction and oxidation,the whiteness of the fabric can reach 63.9,the wicking height was 33 mm,and the strength retention rate was88.97%.Secondly,the pretreatment process of LKZ-610 reducing agent was optimized by single factor experiment,and the effects of reducing agent dosage,treatment time,treatment temperature and p H value on the properties of the fabric were respectively explored.The results showed that the optimum treatment technology of LKZ-610 was as follows: reducing agent dosage 10% o.w.f,p H=6,treatment temperature 65℃,treatment time 2 h.After the optimized process,the whiteness of the fabric was 65,the strength retention rate was 84.08%,and the wicking height reached 113 mm.SEM,Herbig reaction,FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy tests showed that: after combined treatment,the scale layer of wool was damaged,and the disulfide bond was first broken due to reduction,and then oxidized into sulfonic acid groups by hydrogen peroxide.Therefore,the whiteness,hydrophilicity and felting shrinkage of the fabric were improved.Finally,the dyeing properties of wool treated by reduction-oxidation and the staining of wool with sodium lignosulfonate were studied.The acid dye dyeing showed that the high temperature and low temperature dyeing rate and color fastness of the fabric were greatly improved after the combined treatment.When the wool fabric was dyed at 90℃,the maximum dye uptake increased from 19.00% to 68.10%,and the K/S value increased from 4.16 to about7.84.When dyed at 60℃,the highest dyeing rate increased from 14.50% to 49.30%,and the K/S value increased from 3.11 to about 4.41.The study on the staining of wool by sodium lignosulfonate showed that sodium lignosulfonate had a significant staining problem of wool due to the presence of sulfonic acid groups.With the increase of the amount of sodium lignosulfonate and the decrease of the p H value of the solution,the coloration depth of wool was gradually deepened at high temperature,and the combined reduction-oxidation treatment also had an effect on the improvement of its coloration.It has certain guiding significance for the dyeing of polyester and wool blended fabrics. |
