The full name of q PCR is Quantitative Real-time PCR.It has developed rapidly with the implementation of precision medical policies.The main application areas of q PCR include pathogen detection,SNP(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)detection,CNV(Copy Number Variations)detection,and other nucleic acid related detection and analysis.Since Quantitative Real-time PCR technology is the gold standard for pathogen detection,it is widely used in the detection of SARS-Co V-2 Novel Coronavirus,which is known as the "nucleic acid detection".The outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has added a powerful booster to the Quantitative Real-time PCR technology,which has shown an explosive state in the global market.In our country,the spread of the Novel Coronavirus is very strict.According to the research and judgment of the spreading risk of the epidemic,nucleic acid testing should be carried out,and testing must be guaranteed.For nucleic acid testing,the key population "should be checked thoroughly" and other groups are "willing to check thoroughly".In addition,the support for scientific research and the implementation of various health policies have played a role in promoting the development of Quantitative Real-time PCR,and related company are also formulating strategies to quickly seize the market.The sharp increase in demand caused by the new crown epidemic has made the company focus on equipment.However,the epidemic is gradually controlled and equipment is gradually complete,and the market development strategy of optimizing reagent products is imminent.Therefore,the company must formulate a new marketing strategy as soon as possible,and clarify the company’s overall strategic goals and strategic planning.In this dissertation,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are obtained.Using SWOT analysis method,after strategic matching,it provides TMO company with a certain forward-looking and operable marketing strategy.Through the above analysis and research,this dissertation puts forward the strategic development goals for TMO Company."Taking advantage of the company’s perfect overall service,good brand reputation,stable product quality and leading technology,we firmly grasped the development opportunities brought by the rapid growth of molecular diagnosis to the whole q PCR reagent market,and achieved a compound annual growth rate of 30% in revenue".This dissertation has formulated a differentiated competitive strategy for TMO company,as well as an STP strategy and 4P marketing strategy,as well as specific support strategies from the aspects of finance,human resources,R&D,and production.
