Kuqa Xiaobai apricot and Korla Fragrant Pear are famous characteristic fruits in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,which are widely loved by consumers at home and abroad.However,these two kinds of fruits are typical respiratory climacteric fruits,which are very easy to ripen quickly in the process of storage and transportation,resulting in poor quality and even mildew and decay,affecting the sales quality and causing a lot of waste.Therefore,exploring an effective storage method has extremely important commercial value and market prospect for the long-distance fresh sale of Xinjiang Xiaobai apricot and Korla Fragrant Pear.As an ethylene inhibitor,1-MCP can well ensure the storage quality of respiratory climacteric fruits,while slow-release packaging paper has the advantages of easy use and environmental protection.Therefore,a 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper was prepared in this experiment,and the release mechanism of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper made of different materials under different relative humidity and temperature was explored;To explore the effect of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper on the storage quality of Xiaobai apricot and Korla Fragrant Pear.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The slow-release packaging paper was prepared by 1-MCP IC combined with PAA and EC in different proportions.The morphology of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper at 98%RH was studied by scanning electron microscope.It was found that 1-MCP IC would absorb water and collapse,so as to release 1-MCP;At the same time,it was found that the excessive EC content of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper would lead to the curl deformation of the paper after drying.Avrami equation was used to analyze the release of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper made of different slow-release agents at different temperatures and relative humidity.It was found that the higher the PAA content in 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper,the faster the release rate of 1-MCP.The higher the temperature and humidity,the faster the release rate of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper made with the same PAA content.(2)The effect of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper on the storage quality of Xiaobai apricot was studied.1-MCP and 1-MCP slow-release wrapping paper can effectively ensure the storage quality of Xiaobai apricot,and the effect of 1-MCP slow-release wrapping paper is the best.The effect of SO2and SO2+1-MCP slow-release packaging paper on the protection of VCcontent and color is poor,but it can also well alleviate the changes of respiratory intensity and SSC,inhibit the decline of TA content and quality,and effectively protect the function of cell membrane.(3)The application of 1-MCP slow-release packaging paper in the storage and preservation of Korla fragrant pear was carried out.1-MCP slow-release packaging paper can well ensure the quality,SSC,TA and VCcontent of Korla Fragrant Pear,delay the arrival time of respiratory peak,reduce the increase of cell membrane permeability and the changes of L*value and a*value of Korla Fragrant Pear.In terms of aroma components,SO2fumigation can better retain the aroma components of Korla Fragrant Pear.
