| The effective separation of construction waste,waste bricks and waste concrete is a key link to realize the recycling of construction waste and improve the quality of recycled aggregates.In view of the mixed situation of waste brick and concrete materials,it is difficult to achieve effective separation using traditional sorting technology.This paper intends to design a high-speed sorting system based on color separation and air jet separation technology.Based on this,this essay analyze and design each module system of the color sorting system.The main research contents are as follows:1.Research on vibration loosening system.According to the actual working conditions of this paper and the characteristics of waste brick-mixed materials,an index to describe the effect of material loosening and uniformity is proposed.The vibration loosening simulation model is modeled based on discrete element software,and the influence of different motion modes and loosening parameters on the loosening uniformity index is studied.On this basis,the optimal loosening parameters suitable for the loosening and uniformity of waste bricks are determined by designing an orthogonal experiment.Finally,the vibration loose system structure is designed and modeled.2.Research on high-speed conveying system.The frame structure of high-speed conveying is preliminarily designed,and the natural frequency of the frame structure is determined based on the modal analysis simulation software.On this basis,the frame structure is improved,and further optimized by designing orthogonal experiments,and the optimal high-speed conveying frame structure parameter size is obtained.At the same time,the modal analysis of the optimized frame structure is carried out,and it is verified that its natural frequency and mode shape meet the requirements of high-speed working conditions.3.Research on sorting room system.The flow field structure of the sorting chamber system is designed,and the simulation model of the sorting chamber system is constructed based on the fluid simulation software to obtain the distribution of the flow field in the sorting chamber,which verifies the rationality of the design of the flow field structure of the sorting chamber,and then realizes the Indoor dust removal.4.Prototype development and performance testing.After the design of each part of the high-speed color sorting system being completed,the prototype of the waste brick mixing color sorting system is processed and trial-produced.On this basis,an experiment is designed to study the main process parameters of the high-speed color sorting system.Finally,test the effect of the prototype on the separation of waste brick and concrete under the optimal process parameters.The test results show that the color sorting prototype has the highest color sorting accuracy when the belt speed is 4 m/s and the valve opening time is 23 ms in advance,which can meet the design requirements of high-speed color sorting.The color separation and air jet separation technology used in this paper belongs to the common technology of resource utilization.In addition to being applied to the separation of construction waste,waste brick and concrete,it can also be used for the separation of domestic waste in the living field;used for separation of coal and coal gangue in mines,etc.Therefore,through the development of the high-speed color sorting system in this paper,it can have certain reference significance for the design of sorting equipment in other fields. |
