Compared with traditional welding,laser welding of aluminum alloy has the advantages of small heat input and heat influence,large ratio of depth to width,automatic welding process and so on.It has great development potential and application prospect in modern manufacturing industry.At present,most of the researches on laser welding of aluminum alloy only consider the welding energy consumption index or welding quality index,and there are few researches on the cooperative optimization of the two,so it is difficult to achieve the comprehensive optimization.Therefore,this paper studies the synergistic optimization between energy consumption and welding quality of aluminum alloy laser welding.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the laser welding process index system of aluminum alloy was established based on the principle of establishing index system,including welding energy consumption index and welding quality index.On this basis,the effects of laser welding process parameters on energy utilization rate,weld microhardness,weld porosity and weld residual stress of aluminum alloy were analyzed,which provided support for the study of welding energy consumption and welding quality optimization mechanism.Secondly,based on the Box-benhnken test,this paper puts forward a kind of aluminum alloy laser welding process parameters optimization method.Combined with grey correlation analysis method and entropy value method,established the aluminum alloy laser welding process parameters and mathematical model of the grey correlation degree;Through response optimizer for aluminum alloy laser welding process parameters optimization,get the aluminum alloy laser welding technology of the optimal parameter combination.Then,a multi-objective optimization method of aluminum alloy laser welding process is proposed.The optimization objective model of aluminum alloy laser welding process is established,including four objectives: energy utilization rate,weld microhardness,weld porosity and weld residual stress;Based on the analysis of constraints,a multi-objective optimization model for laser welding of aluminum alloy is established;A model solving method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed,and the feasibility of the model is analyzed.Finally,this paper summarizes and analyzes the two optimization methods,and looks forward to the future research work.
