| In this paper,ultrasonic wave is applied to the flotation of fluorite and calcite in the mixed reagent system of water glass and sodium oleate,and its influence and mechanism are discussed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:In the mixture system of water glass and sodium oleate,fluorite and calcite were significantly inhibited without ultrasonic treatment,and the floatability of fluorite and calcite was significantly improved after ultrasonic treatment.Under the condition of ultrasonic frequency of 40 k Hz and power of 150 W,the calcite flotation recovery increased from 8.50%to 82.73%after ultrasonic treatment for 15 min,and the fluorite flotation recovery increased from 4.30%to 31.42%.The recovery of fluorite was 75.95%after 40 min of ultrasonication.Ultrasonic pretreatment of flotation reagent,ultrasonic treatment of sodium oleate pulp system,ultrasonic treatment of water glass pulp system have no effect on the flotation recovery rate of fluorite and calcite.The floatability of the minerals changes when the system is sonicated.Increasing the temperature of the ultrasonic medium(water)under ultrasonic conditions has a synergistic effect on improving the floatability of calcite.The results of pulp pH and temperature measurement,scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope test,adsorption measurement of water glass and sodium oleate in mineral surface,contact angle test,XPS analysis and solution chemical analysis show that in the mixed pharmaceutical system of water glass and sodium oleate,without ultrasonic treatment,the adsorption sites on the mineral surface are mainly covered by water glass;The water glass adsorbed on mineral surface is desorbed by ultrasonic treatment,and the vacant adsorption site is adsorbed by sodium oleate.Under ultrasonic treatment,the pH of pulp decreases slightly,the temperature of pulp increases,decreases the content of SiO(OH)3-in water glass,weakes the inhibition of fluorite,and improves the floatability of fluorite.Ultrasonic treatment can clean the fine particles on the surface of calcite,but can not cause dissolution on the surface of calcite,the change of mineral floatability is caused by the change of adsorption agents on the mineral surface.The Si(OH)4 components on the surface of fluorite and calcite are desorbed by ultrasonic treatment.At the same time,since the adsorption strength of Si(OH)4 molecules on the fluorite surface is significantly stronger than that on the calcite surface,longer ultrasonic treatment time is needed to improve fluorite floatability under ultrasonic frequency of 40kHz and power of 150 W.The adsorption amount of water glass on mineral surface decreases,the adsorption amount of sodium oleate increases,the contact angle of the mineral surface increases.The content of Si2p on mineral surface decreases,the hydrophobicity and floatability of mineral surface increase. |
