China will strive to achieve the carbon peak by 2030 and strive to achieve carbon neutralization by 2060("Dual Carbon" Targets).Along with the marketization of electric power and carbon emission trading mechanism constantly improving,the collaborative development of electricity market and carbon emission trading has become the key to realizing the "Dual Carbon" Targets.However,at present,the lack of collaborative planning between power resource allocation and environmental and climate governance,the unclear transmission path of carbon emission trading mechanism to the electricity market and the poor transmission of carbon price have become obstacles to the realization of the "Dual Carbon"Targets by market-based means.Therefore,this research focuses on the collaborative mechanism of electricity market trading and carbon emission trading.This thesis first reviews the practical basis and development history of typical carbon emission trading systems at home and abroad,summarizes relevant experience in the collaborative practice of electricity market and carbon emission trading,and reviews and designs the operation process of domestic electric carbon collaboration based on the formation of carbon price.In the analysis of collaborative structure of electric carbon market,it is found that the introduction of carbon emission trading makes the decision difficulty of electricity market trading price much more difficult than single market bidding.Secondly,the general equilibrium model considering carbon emission trading system was constructed to dynamically simulate the changes of the macro economy,industrial structure and various energy output consumption under different carbon emission reduction targets in our country from a macroscopic perspective,and to forecast and analyze the influence of the changes of carbon emission reduction targets on the price and output changes in the electricity industry.It is found that the strengthening of carbon emission reduction targets significantly reduces the proportion of thermal power output in the electricity industry,significantly reduces the space for thermal power price reduction,and the carbon emission trading mechanism promotes the optimization of industrial and energy structure.Finally,the collaborative mechanism between electricity market and carbon emission trading is explained.Based on the test results of threshold regression model of carbon cost transfer to electricity price,the unscientific problem of carbon price transmission mechanism in China is found,and a collaborative system dynamic model of electricity market and carbon emission trading is established from a microcosmic perspective.In order to provide a set of scientific carbon price transmission mechanism through the multi-scenario simulation analysis of the model.It is found that the introduction of the compensated auction mechanism of carbon emission trading quota will accelerate the rise of carbon price.The higher the auction ratio,the earlier the rapid rise of carbon price,and the greater the promoting effect on carbon cost transmission.Meanwhile,the research proves that the introduction of the auction mechanism can promote the optimization of power supply structure and achieve effective carbon emission reduction effect.To sum up,this thesis innovatively nested carbon emission trading system modules in the economic system from a macroscopic perspective,dynamically simulated the impact of carbon emission reduction targets on the electricity industry,clearly and intuitively demonstrated the logical transmission relationship between the electricity market and carbon emission trading from a microcosmic perspective,and innovatively conducted multi-scenario simulation under different auction ratio and carbon cost transmission rates.A scientific carbon price transmission mechanism was put forward,and the emission reduction effect of the electricity industry after the introduction of compensated auction mechanism of carbon emission trading quota was analyzed theoretically.The research in this thesis is helpful to realize the collaborative optimization of the electricity market and carbon emission trading,and puts forward an effective market route optimization method to help realize the "Dual Carbon" Targets.
