Aiming at the problem of top and bottom residual ore mining in Sanshandao gold mine in the early stage,combined with the existing mining technical conditions of the mine,three mining schemes suitable for the top and bottom residual pillars of Sanshandao gold mine are formulated.Through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical theory Optimizing the best stoping plan;researching the numerical characteristic values of various random parameters that affect the stability of the bearing layer,revealing the internal relationship between the thickness,strength,load,access width and the stability of the bearing layer;Finite element software establishes a mechanical model of access mining,analyzes the stress and strain law of the model under construction with different access parameters,and further optimizes the design of access parameters;industrial tests on top and bottom residual pillar mining have been carried out to verify the feasibility and superiority of the mining plan.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Pre selection of residual pillars at top and bottom by fuzzy optimization method In this paper,the fuzzy mathematics theory and analytic hierarchy process are combined to establish the index system for selecting the optimal mining method.The proportion of the factors affecting the recovery rate of the residual ore is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process,and then the comprehensive judgment index is established according to the fuzzy mathematical method,so as to select the best mining method suitable for Sanshandao gold mine.(2)Stability analysis of stoping drift with residual pillars at top and bottomCombined with the actual situation of the drift cemented filling mining method in Sanshandao Gold Mine,the thin plate theory of soft support and weak plate is selected,and the safety factor method is used to optimize the existing drift parameters,and the stability of bearing layer is evaluated,so as to show the internal relationship between the stability of bearing layer and the load,drift width and strength of bearing layer.(3)Finite element modeling of top and bottom residual pillar mining.The tunnel excavation model is established to simulate the roadway mining under different access parameters,and the stress-strain of the model after construction is analyzed.Through the stability analysis of the access road,the reference basis for the design of the access road parameters is provided.(4)Field industrial test of residual pillar mining at top and bottom In Sanshandao mining area,the appropriate representative test stope is selected,and the industrial test is carried out according to the calculated structural parameters,and the field test data are collected to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
