| The wood processing industry is a typical industry involving dust explosions.The proportion of wood dust explosion accidents is as high as 17%.The dust removal system is a high-prone area of dust explosions.Research on dust explosion risk analysis of dust removal system in wood processing site is significant for us to guarantee the safe operation of wood processing industry and promote the development of the national economy.The research uses Fault Tree Analysis,Event Tree Analysis,Bayesian Network,FLACS numerical simulation and other risk analysis methods to complete the dust explosion risk analysis of the dust removal system in wood processing sites and study the factors influencing the explosion consequences of the dust removal system,and carries out a case application to the risk analysis framework.The specific research process is as follows:Firstly,based on a large number of literature investigations and on-site inspections,the dust explosion fault tree of the wood processing site is established through the dust explosion pentagon principle,and the probability of the initial dust explosion is calculated;on this basis,Event Tree Analysis and Bayesian Network are used to calculate the escalation probability of dust explosion accidents and the conditional probability table,and determine the occurrence probability of the domino effect of dust explosion in wood processing sites.Secondly,the FLACS software is used to simulate the hazard process of dust explosion in the dust removal system of the wood processing site,and analyze the health damage caused by the explosion overpressure to the workers in the explosion scene;on this basis,the human vulnerability model and the Probit equation are used to determine the domino hazard effect of dust explosion.Finally,numerical simulation tool is used to analyze the influence of different working conditions on the dust explosion hazard of the dust removal system of wood processing sites,which provides a research basis for dust explosion risk analysis and control of dust removal systems in wood processing sites.In conclusion,by using system safety analysis methods and dust explosion simulation tool,this paper completes the risk analysis of dust explosion of the dust removal system in wood processing sites combined with a case application.The research results can provide reference for dust explosion risk management and control of wood processing enterprises. |
