At present,the proportion of refractory gold mines is increasing day by day,and gold extraction from refractory gold mines has gradually become the development trend of the gold industry.The wrapping of sulfide ore is one of the important types of refractory gold ore.Gold particles are usually wrapped by sulfides such as pyrite,chalcopyrite,and arsenopyrite,making it impossible to directly contact the gold leaching reagent.Therefore,it needs to be pre-treated before immersion gold.Organic chlorination leaching is a kind of wet pretreatment technology.It has mild leaching conditions,strong oxidizing ability at normal pressure and normal temperature,extensive leaching of sulfide minerals,convenient transportation and operation,and broad application prospects.In this paper,chalcopyrite,pyrite,arsenopyrite and arsenic-bearing gold ore are the research objects,and trichloroisocyanuric acid is used as the leaching agent to conduct pretreatment experiments on different gold-loaded sulfide ore and arsenic-bearing gold ore.Research on gold leaching of arsenic-containing gold ore pretreatment slag.The experimental research results are as follows:(1)By studying the leaching process of trichloroisocyanuric acid for chalcopyrite,the optimal leaching conditions were determined as follows:leaching reaction time 30 min,leaching temperature 55℃,trichloroisocyanuric acid concentration 0.05 mol/L,pH value Is 1,under this condition,the leaching rate of copper can reach more than 91%.Experiments show that trichloroisocyanuric acid can achieve rapid leaching of chalcopyrite.Through the study of leaching kinetics,the results show that the leaching of copper in chalcopyrite by trichloroisocyanuric acid is controlled by the diffusion reaction,and the activation energy of the reaction is 9.35 kJ/mol.(2)Through studying the leaching process of trichloroisocyanuric acid for pyrite,the optimal leaching conditions were determined as follows:leaching reaction time 30 min,leaching temperature 55℃,trichloroisocyanuric acid concentration 0.05 mol/L,pH value It is 1,under this condition,the leaching rate of iron can reach 91%or more.Experiments show that trichloroisocyanuric acid can achieve rapid leaching of pyrite.Through the study of leaching kinetics,the results show that the process of leaching iron from pyrite with trichloroisocyanuric acid is controlled by the mixture of diffusion reaction and interface chemical reaction,and the activation energy is 24.11 kJ/mol.(3)By studying the leaching process of trichloroisocyanuric acid for arsenopyrite,the optimal leaching conditions were determined as follows:leaching reaction time 30 min,leaching system temperature 70℃,trichloroisocyanuric acid concentration 0.05 mol/L,pH value Under this condition,the leaching rate of arsenic can reach more than 93%.Experiments show that trichloroisocyanuric acid can achieve rapid leaching of arsenopyrite.Through the study of leaching kinetics,the results show that the process of leaching arsenic from arsenopyrite with trichloroisocyanuric acid is controlled by the mixture of diffusion reaction and interface chemical reaction,and the activation energy is 32.98 kJ/mol.(4)The arsenic-containing gold ore was pretreated by trichloroisocyanuric acid,and the optimal leaching conditions were determined as follows:leaching reaction time 30 min,leaching system temperature 55℃,trichloroisocyanuric acid concentration 0.04 mol/L,and pH value 1.Under these conditions,the leaching rate of arsenic can reach more than 93%.The comparative gold leaching experiment of two arsenic-bearing gold mines shows that the gold leaching rate can be increased by more than 11%after pretreatment of the arsenicbearing gold mine. |
