| Compared with the individual optimization of each stage of the traditional steel supply chain,the joint optimization of the supply chain has attracted more and more scholars’attention.And the synchronization of different stages of the supply chain is an important issue of joint optimization,and the joint optimization of production-inventory-transportation is particularly important.In this paper,a mixed linear integer programming model with synchronization mechanism is proposed to solve the joint optimization problem of production-inventory-transportation of steel products.The results show that compared with traditional supply chain optimization,the j oint optimization under synchronization mechanism of production-inventory-transportation of steel products can significantly save costs,increase the utilization of different transportation modes,and greatly reduce the total carbon emissions of the system.Based on the above background,the research on the joint optimization problem of production-inventory-transportation based on the synchronization mechanism,while considering the carbon emissions of each link of the supply chain,the research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the synchronization mechanism,in the joint optimization problem of steel product production-inventory-transportation,mathematical description of the synchronization mechanism is introduced,separately in production under the synchronization mechanism,the transportation and the modal switch under under the synchronization mechanism.A joint optimization model of production-inventory-transportation based on synchronization mechanism is constructed,and an algorithm for solving the model is designed.(2)In the joint optimization problem of production-inventory-transportation of steel products based on the synchronization mechanism,the carbon emissions of each stage of the supply chain are further considered.The carbon emissions at different stages in the supply chain were measured from the production stage,transportation stage,and inventory stage,and a joint optimization model of steel product production-inventory-transportation under the synchronization mechanism was constructed,which considered carbon emissions.Finally,an algorithm for solving the model is designed.(3)Taking the steel supply chain of G Company in the hinterland of the Yangtze River as the background.Potential application research were carried out on the joint optimization model of production-inventory-transportation of steel products based on the synchronization mechanism and the joint optimization model of production-inventory-transportation of steel products considering carbon emissions under the synchronization mechanism.The validity of the proposed model is verified.The research results show that the synchronization mechanism can integrate resources at all stages of the supply chain,and realize the best deployment of resources from the perspective of the supply chain perspective.The supply capacity of the supply chain is improved and the carbon emission level of the supply chain is reduced.The model and solution method constructed in this paper can provide theoretical reference and method support for the joint optimization of the production-inventory-transportation of the steel enterprise’s supply chain. |
