| Under the current background of promoting carbon peaking,carbon neutrality and green industrialization revolution,green credit plays a positive role in resource allocation,and scientific and technological innovation leads the green development of various regions and is the first driving force for achieving the "dual carbon" goal.Green credit,green technology innovation and carbon emission reduction are based on the composite system of finance,innovation and ecology to promote green development,study the coupling and coordination mechanism of green credit,green technology innovation and carbon emission reduction,and analyze the coupling and coordinated development of the three in various regions in China,which has important academic and application value for enhancing system coupling,giving play to system synergy,and accelerating the process of green and low-carbon development in China.Firstly,combined with the background of China’s "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and "green industrialization revolution",this paper clarifies the coupling mechanism between green credit,green technology innovation and carbon emission reduction.Secondly,the index system is constructed,data is collected,and the comprehensive evaluation model and coupled coordination model are used to analyze the comprehensive development index and coupling coordinated development of each system from multiple angles.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)In the coupling system of green credit-green technology innovation-carbon emission reduction,green credit provides financial support for green technology innovation,and green technology innovation expands the development space for green credit;Green technology innovation provides technical support for carbon emission reduction,which is an important incentive for green technology innovation.Green credit provides financing services for carbon emission reduction,which is an important demand driver for the development of green credit,and the three promote each other to form a coupling system.(2)On the whole,China’s green credit development is at a medium level,green technology innovation is still at a low level of development,and carbon emission reduction is developing,but the development level of the three systems and regions varies greatly between regions.(3)From 2010 to 2019,China’s green credit-green technology innovation-carbon emission reduction coupling coordination was in the initial coordination stage and showed a good trend,but the development of interregional coupling coordination was unbalanced.On the whole,the eastern region has the best level of coordinated development,followed by the central region,then the northeast region,and the western region is relatively backward in coupling and coordinated development.(4)The specific indicators of green credit,green technology innovation and carbon emission reduction have a greater impact on the coupling and coordination of the three,and the three subsystems of green credit,green technology innovation and carbon emission reduction have a balanced impact on the coupling and coordination of the three,and the three subsystems have a strong correlation and interaction relationship between the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions.(5)Based on the grey correlation degree analysis of the key factors affecting the coupling coordination degree,this paper finds that compared with the green technology innovation system indicators,the green credit and carbon emission reduction system indicators show strong correlation and bias towards green finance and ecological environmental protection,so changing the economic development mode and adhering to green development is the key to promoting the coupling coordination degree and narrowing the regional gap.In addition,there are some differences in the gray correlation degree ranking of the specific indicators of each system and the degree of coupling coordination in different regions,so the key factors that should be paid attention to in promoting the better development of the coupling coordination of the three systems in the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions are different.The suggestions for the research conclusions are as follows:(1)Increase the scale of green credit funds,and pay attention to the support for scientific and technological innovation,energy conservation and emission reduction projects.(2)Accelerate the pace of scientific and technological innovation and improve the technical support capacity of green technology innovation for carbon emission reduction.(3)Improve the management system and mechanism and improve the level of coordinated development. |
