Cement enterprises,as the pillar of national economic development,play an important role in the manufacturing industry.In order to improve the informatization and intelligence level of China’s cement industry,cement enterprises need to accelerate the pace of enterprise transformation and upgrading,and promote the deep integration of manufacturing technology and information technology.This paper studies production data storage methods and management technologies based on SQL Server 2012,with the production data of a cement enterprise in Linyi.This paper includes the following aspects:(1)Integrate and analyze production data with the MES system of a cement enterprise,based on studying the production process of the cement enterprise.According to the characteristics of production data(process data,quality data,energy data,equipment data and environmental data,etc.),the production data storage scheme and overall design of cement enterprises are proposed.(2)Design the logical structure of the database.According to the requirements of cement enterprises on data storage and performance,the logical structure of process database,energy database,equipment database,quality database,environmental database and inventory database is designed.(3)Research on performance optimization methods for production data storage.1)Different data storage and compression methods are adopted based on the frequency of data changes to reduce the amount of data storage.2)Multiple indexing schemes are designed based on the characteristics and access requirements of database tables.3)Partition technology is adopted to improve database access speed for tables containing massive amounts of data.(4)C# was used to implement functions such as database interface,front-end and back-end interaction,compression and decompression methods according to the specific requirements of a cement enterprise in Linyi.At the same time,the data storage strategy,data comparison table management,and data source configuration pages are implemented.At present,the production data storage and management technology studied in this article has applied in a cement enterprise in Linyi and has achieved good results.
