Underground mining is a complex systems engineering,and there are many different kinds of information sources,the field staff is difficult to through traditional communication methods for comprehensive multi-source information,besides the traditional mining information mainly by way of 2 d drawings or pseudo 3 d screen,when workers in underground,through drawings can’t immersive access to mine the best route,especially when major disasters occur,The original underground roadway form is seriously damaged,and it is difficult to timely and accurately identify the destination,which brings hidden danger to the safety of underground mine workers.Mixed reality technology to virtual three-dimensional physical information superimposed on the real physical space,through the way of interaction from a distance map the virtual information in the real physical world,the problem of insufficient information to make up for the real space physics,can see to grasp the location at the same time,provide reasonable downhole operation routes.In this paper,by applying mixed reality technology and studying path planning algorithm,a path planning system of multi-source information fusion for underground mines is built with the background of the underground mine in front of the mountain,which breaks the limitation of the traditional way of understanding underground mines and provides equipment guarantee for the personal safety of underground workers.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A method for creating holographic model of underground mine is proposed.According to the information of two-dimensional design drawing of mine,3D reconstruction of mine profile,roadway,chamber and ore body is carried out by using modeling software such as CAD,and the model is optimized and adjusted by using software such as 3DMAX.Finally,Shader script is written in Unity3D engine to perform holographic rendering processing on the model and generate three-dimensional virtual holographic model that meets the functional requirements of underground mines,which provides a model basis for path planning system of multi-source information fusion in underground mines.(2)Aiming at the complex problem of underground mine route,a path planning method of route optimization is designed.The coordinate information of underground mine is obtained from the mine design drawing and other data,which is transformed into the effective node information of this system through equal proportion.In order to meet the needs of mine path planning,the traditional shortest path algorithm was optimized,and the multi-stage and multi-parameter dynamic route path planning function was established.(3)A path planning system for underground mine based on mixed reality multi-source information fusion is established.Firstly,the development environment of the system is built.Through the analysis of the design framework of the system,a path planning system for underground mine based on mixed reality multi-source information fusion is established.The system has a novel natural interaction method and an intelligent path planning method for underground mine.Finally,through the test of this system,the feasibility of this system is verified.
