| The Olea europaea is an evergreen tree of the genus Olea in the family Oleaceae,a world-famous subtropical fruit tree and an important economic forest tree,with a cultivation history of more than 4,000 years.Its origin is mainly concentrated in Mediterranean coastal countries,and in China it is mainly distributed in Gansu,Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,Sichuan and other places.Longnan City in Gansu Province is one of the best suitable areas for Olea europaea cultivation.Olea europaea leaves extracts have been used in folk medicine for thousands of years in Mediterranean countries and have been included in the European Pharmacopoeia for their anti-high cholesterol,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-fungal,hypoglycemic and hypotensive effects.Every year,a large amount of Olea europaea leaves by-products are produced during the pruning and harvesting of Olea europaea trees,but most of them are discarded or burned by farmers,thus causing a lot of waste of resources and serious damage to the ecological environment.In order to further investigate the active ingredients in the leaves of Olea europaea,and to make full use of the resources of Olea europaea,this thesis was conducted to systematically study the chemical composition of the ethanol(95%)extract of Olea europaea leaves from Longnan City,Gansu Province.Twenty-eight compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization,and their structures were identified by HR-ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT and other modern spectroscopic methods,mainly including flavonoids,secoiridoid,pentacyclic triterpenes and phenylpropanoids,compounds 20,22,24 and 28 were isolated from Olea europaea leaves for the first time.At present,most of the research on the biological activity of Olea europaea leaves by domestic and foreign scholars has been focused on the use in the treatment of human diseases,such as anti-hypertension,anti-hyperglycemia,anti-cancer,etc,but there are few reports on the use of Olea europaea leaves as a pesticide of plant origin at home and abroad.Therefore,in this thesis,the fungal inhibitory activity of the total infusion,the petroleum parts,the ethyl acetate parts,the n-butanol parts and some compounds of Olea europaea leaves against three phytopathogenic fungi was investigated by the filter paper method.The inhibition assay showed that the ethyl acetate site had good inhibitory effect on the three fungi,MTT assay showed that compounds 10,11 and 13 could relieve the oxidative damage of 6-OHDA on PC12 cells. |
