Molecular spectroscopy can be applied to various aspects of life.In interstellar exploration, spectral cameras can be used to analyze the composition of nebulae or planets in the universe by comparing existing spectral data;In the field of precision measurement, because the relevant parameters of molecular spectrum such as spectral line position, linewidth, etc.are very sensitive to temperature, pressure and other external environmental parameters,we can use various methods, such as cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy,Cavity ring-down spectroscopy,to achieve very accurate measurement of gas content, temperature and pressure.Molecular spectroscopy also plays a very important role in environmental monitoring. The work of this article mainly revolves around two aspects:precision spectral experiments and spectral database construction. The main content of this paper is as follows:In the first chapter,we first introduce the Cavity ring-down spectroscopy,Saturated absorption spectroscopy and other spectral experimental methods, then introduce the popular spectral database and its functions, and finally introduce the principle of spectral simulation. The second chapter mainly introduces the experiment of measuring 30012-00001 vibrational rotation transition frequency of CO2 using Saturated absorption spectroscopy based on cavity ring down technology, including optical path design, absolute frequency measurement, uncertainty analysis and data comparison.Chapter 3 introduces the construction process of a high-precision spectral database website that integrates functions such as spectral data query, spectral data display, and spectral data simulation, including requirements analysis, framework construction, function and algorithm implementation, etc.Chapter 4 summarizes the main work of this article and proposes future prospects.
