In recent years,the world has undergone unprecedented changes.With the development of economic diversity,global competition and the extensive application and progress of information technology,the endless new business operation mode and digital technology put forward new and higher requirements for the reform of enterprise financial management mode and the construction of information system.Especially large enterprise groups,with the continuous expansion of their business scope,the increasing number of branches and the continuous reform of the management system,the drawbacks of the traditional "decentralized" financial management and operation mode are increasingly exposed,such as the increase of the company’s operating costs,the difficulty of financial control,the increase of financial risks and the serious "information island" phenomenon.It has seriously affected the daily development needs of its enterprise groups and the implementation of business strategy.Meanwhile,in recent years,the continuous rise of digital technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud technology and the Internet of things enables enterprises to collect,process,analyze and report their massive business and financial data using the information technology widely used at present,and obtain more detailed data and more real-time analysis reports on this basis.Faster prediction speed and stronger computational analysis ability.Therefore,as a common product of management reform and information technology,financial sharing service center brings new solutions and development directions for enterprises to reduce costs,improve efficiency,control risks and create value.At present,some large enterprise groups have successfully used this management mode.However,the construction of the financial sharing service center is not accomplished overnight.With the rapid development of the enterprise group’s financial transformation and information technology,new problems to be solved in the actual operation of the financial sharing service center will constantly appear,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the financial sharing center of the enterprise group.Therefore,only enterprise groups continue to promote the improvement and optimization of financial sharing center,so that it can continuously meet the needs of business development and operation management.The construction and optimization of financial sharing business process is an extremely important link in the construction of financial sharing center.Through literature research,investigation and ESIA analysis method,this paper analyzes the current situation of the business process of the financial sharing business process optimization from the perspective of the actual operation of the financial sharing center of the ZY Group company,and solves the pain points in the business process that need to be improved through process reengineering and optimization.This paper selects three representative business processes--expense reimbursement business process,travel service business process and capital settlement business process.It uses the form of SOP flow chart to show and describe the existing problems of these three business processes and the subsequent optimization design ideas.At the same time,it also uses the perspective of industry and finance integration,standardization and RAP robot.Put forward the corresponding business process specific optimization measures.And on this basis,establish and improve the corresponding implementation safeguard measures and mechanisms to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement and optimization plan of the business process.The research findings are as follows: First,through optimizing and improving the three business processes of ZY Group financial sharing Center,the quality,efficiency and service can be improved.Second,the construction and optimization of business processes are indispensable in the construction of financial sharing center.Only by continuously optimizing and improving business processes can ZY Group meet the transformation and development of its own operation and management level,and achieve the purpose of improving shared operation efficiency,service quality,reducing operating costs and creating achievement value. |
