| This article focuses on the existing problem of large pressure loss in long-distance liquid supply of ZLT1400/2000 equipment trains.Through theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,the pressure loss in long-distance liquid supply circuit of equipment trains is studied,and the basic circuit of equipment trains is analyzed.Finally,based on the research content of the first two chapters,improvements were made to the hydraulic system of the equipment train,and simulations were conducted to verify that the improved equipment train hydraulic system can effectively reduce the loss of supply pressure and improve the stability of the hydraulic system.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)A theoretical analysis was conducted on the long-distance liquid supply pressure loss of ZLT1400/2000 equipment trains.Through analysis,it was found that:1.The long-distance liquid supply pressure loss of ZLT 1400/2000 equipment trains mainly depends on the pressure loss along the way;2.When the supply distance is fixed,the pressure loss of long-distance supply is related to the characteristics of the supply pipeline itself and the layout of the supply pipeline.The long-distance liquid supply circuit of ZLT1400/2000 equipment train was modeled,and the reliability of the long-distance liquid supply circuit simulation model was verified through comparative theoretical analysis and simulation results.And based on the long-distance liquid supply circuit model,the influencing factors of long-distance liquid supply pressure loss were studied by controlling variables.(2)Analyze the basic circuit of the ZLT1400/2000 equipment train hydraulic system,identify the shortcomings of the basic circuit,and propose an improvement method for the basic circuit of the ZLT1400/2000 equipment train hydraulic system.Finally,verify the feasibility of the improvement method through simulation.(3)Based on the research content of the first two chapters,improvements were made to the hydraulic system of the ZLT1400/2000 equipment train,and simulation analysis was used to prove that the improved equipment train hydraulic system can effectively reduce the pressure loss of the ZLT1400/2000 equipment train hydraulic system and improve the stability of the equipment train hydraulic system.The research content and conclusions of this article provide reference for the design and improvement of ultra long distance hydraulic equipment trains,and have a certain guiding effect on engineering practice. |
