Causes And Prevention And Control Measures Of Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution

Based on the construction of the Yellow River basin ecological protection and high quality development under the background of area,in recent years,the autonomous region of agricultural industry development speed and scale rising year by year,but at the same time has produced a certain ecological risk and environmental contradiction,which caused one of the main causes of ecological environment problems is of agricultural non-point source pollution and because of its source dispersion,hidden,not easy to detect and the Yellow River water always in constant flow state,thus reduce the speed of the autonomous region agricultural green sustainable development and prevention and control of the process of agricultural non-point source pollution.Therefore,it is of certain academic value and practical significance to timely explore and clarify the agricultural non-point source pollution,problems and causes in the Ningxia section of the Yellow River basin and put forward targeted prevention and control measures to effectively reduce the local water ecological environment pollution.Taking the Ningxia section of the Yellow River basin,at the same time,relying on official data,field research,index measurement and other methods,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper analyzes the amount of non-point source pollution entering the river in livestock and poultry breeding industry,planting industry and rural life in Ningxia section,found that the current low comprehensive utilization rate and large loss of livestock and poultry manure,the application amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides mainly depends on experience,the usage is large and the method is improper,agricultural film collection rate is low,decentralized rural sewage and garbage discharge management and disposal is difficult,the lack of pollution terminal disposal,the lack of farmers’ sense of ownership,publicity-guidance-implementation of poor connection and other problems.And the Yellow River basin in Ningxia section of water quality existing water distribution,agricultural water but low utilization rate,unreasonable utilization structure,water waste and water pollution situation and area of farmland water pollution source is complex,have randomness,farmland drainage infrastructure,comprehensive control ability is weak,lack of complete system prevention and control system,and so on and so forth.In addition,with the aid of interviews,questionnaire survey,participatory observation to the cities and counties in representative village integration of the research problem access subject of agricultural non-point source pollution knowledge in the stage and the propaganda method and content monotonous,repetitive,don’t understand,personnel guidance effect is not obvious,control information access phenomenon such as narrow channels.In this regard,the prevention and control difficulties in livestock and poultry farming,planting and rural life are summarized,including poor connection,poor waste selection,poor prevention and control layout,unbalanced fertilization proportion,improper fertilizer methods,backward medication methods,monotonous publicity methods,poor agricultural film quality,and neglected residual film recovery;weak awareness of farmers,lack of lack of participation incentive,poor deep accountability,and neglected regional governance,etc.Based on the current situation,problems and causes of agricultural non-point source pollution in Ningxia section,relying on the theories of sustainable agricultural development,agricultural ecological economy,and coordinated prevention and control,and uphold the principle of closely integrating and coordinating prevention and control with agricultural development,construct the prevention and control measures with livestock and poultry breeding,farming and rural life as the main dimensions,for example,in the prevention and control of non-point source pollution in livestock and poultry industry,to plant and breed in a big cycle,organic fertilizer to return to the field,scientific and reasonable site selection,the facility technology development;in the prevention and control of non-point source pollution in planting industry,to optimize the method of fertilizer blending,set up soil testing and fertilization,promote balanced drug use,enhance the application of science and technology,pay attention to the appropriate period and film,standardize the field management,set up the main body files,build the enterprise model;in the prevention and control of non-point source pollution in rural areas,to rely on the guidance of public opinion,demonstration,lead and improve the legal system,we will promote green services and other methods.From a three-dimensional perspective,each should jointly build a new pattern of water ecological environment protection and development,in order to broaden a new perspective of agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control for accelerating the construction of ecological environment protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
