| In recent years,with the improvement of mine mechanization level and production capacity,especially the increasing of coal mining depth,the number of high-gas,high-temperate thermal damaged mines has increased continuously,the air demand of coal mine increases exponentially,and the ventilation resistance of coal mine expands sharply.Mine ventilation resistance is an important factor that affects mine effective ventilation.The greater the ventilation resistance is,the greater the ventilation energy will be consumed and the higher the operating cost of coal mine,that is opposite to the energy saving and emission reduction advocated at present.Reducing the ventilation resistance is the fundamental measure to solve the problem of high ventilation energy consumption and low effective air volume.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively reduce mine ventilation resistance,improve mine ventilation effect and reduce the cost of coal mine.This paper introduces the measurement method of mine ventilation resistance,analyzes the reasons of excessive mine ventilation resistance,puts forward the methods to reduce mine ventilation resistance,and the feasibility of the measures was carried out.Taking A coal mine as the research platform,this paper analyzes the factors affecting ventilation resistance and the main measures to reduce ventilation resistance,and puts forward the present situation of ventilation resistance in A coal mine and the harm existing in increasing ventilation resistance.Combined with the characteristics of the ventilation system of A coal mine,the ventilation resistance in A coal mine is re-measured and analyzed by using differential pressure meter method.Five specific resistance reduction measures are put forward,such as constructing new wind duct parallel with the wind tunnel on the surface,constructing new return air shaft,constructing new gas pipeline wells,removing the shaft drain line of n f return air shaft,transforming n f return air shaft connection,and has carried on the analysis research to the feasibility.Finally,three measures are adopted,which are constructing new wind duct parallel with the wind tunnel on the surface,constructing new gas pipeline Wells,transforming n f return air shaft connection.In this paper,the above three resistance reduction measures are applied in A coal mine,and the remarkable results are obtained through observation and measurement.The mine air resistance is reduced by 0.0056 kg/m7,the ventilation resistance is reduced by 714 Pa,the reduction rate is 18.24%.The ventilation management level of A coal mine is improved,and the ventilation effect of mine is improved. |
