Precast concrete composite wall panels and thin wall steel stud composite wall panels have been developing rapidly in recent years,and have been widely used in the exterior and interior partitions of buildings in China because of their energy-saving and environmental protection,and easy construction.However,the development of precast concrete composite wall panels is limited by the intermediate connectors,which cannot meet the requirements of high strength and light weight in buildings;thin wall steel stud composite wall panels due to the limitations of the cladding panels,the impermeability of the wall panels when used as external walls,wall decoration and window openings have not been solved,so this paper proposes a new combined wall panel-Thin wall steel stud and light aggregate concrete composite wall panels(hereinafter referred to as TSLC wall panels).TSLC wall panel consists of light aggregate concrete slab and thin wall steel stud,and the light aggregate concrete slab on both sides is connected by tie elements,and the light aggregate concrete slab and thin wall steel stud are connected by selftapping screws against shear elements.This composite wall panel is mainly subjected to wind load when used as external wall.Therefore,this paper investigates the flexural performance of TSLC wall panel under transverse uniform load through test,finite element simulation and theoretical analysis,analyzes the influence of connection method,shear member type and selftapping screw arrangement on flexural stiffness and bearing capacity,proposes the design method of flexural bearing capacity of TSLC wall panel,and provides a theoretical basis for the application of TSLC wall panel.It provides a theoretical basis for the application of TSLC wall panels.The main work and conclusion of this paper are as follows.(1)For four TSLC wall panels,transverse uniform load loading tests were conducted to study the effects of self-tapping screws,window openings,the arrangement of tie members and the number of tie members on the flexural performance of TSLC wall panels.The test results showed that the self-tapping screw shear members had a greater influence on the stiffness and flexural bearing capacity of the wall slab;the arrangement of solid concrete tie members had less influence on the flexural performance of the wall slab,and the difference in flexural bearing capacity between uniform arrangement and triangular arrangement of solid concrete tie members was not significant.(2)The finite element model of the wall slab was established by the finite element analysis software AB AQUS,and the simulation results matched well with the test results,which verified the correctness of the finite element model.The effects of connection method,location of tie members,type of shear members between light aggregate concrete slab and thin wall steel stud,spacing of self-tapping screws,thickness of keel wall and diameter of wire mesh on flexural load bearing capacity of wall slab were investigated by parametric analysis.The study shows that both self-tapping screws and solid concrete ties can significantly improve the combination degree and flexural load bearing capacity of TSLC wall slabs;self-tapping screws will inhibit the function of solid concrete ties;self-tapping screw spacing,keel wall thickness and diameter of wire mesh on the tension side all have a significant effect on the flexural performance of TSLC wall slabs.(3)Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam assumption,the theoretical formulation of the three-story composite beam structure composed of thin wall steel stud and light aggregate concrete slab on both sides in the elastic phase considering the slip is derived using the material mechanics equation.The control equations are established and solved by deformation coordination equation,physical equation and moment balance equation,and compared with the test results and finite element simulation results to verify the correctness and applicability of the theoretical formulation.(4)The local bearing capacity of light aggregate concrete slab was verified;combined with the existing steel-concrete combination beam codes and standards and other information,the calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity and deflection of TSLC wall slab were proposed;the calculation results of the theoretical formula were compared with the test results and finite element analysis results to verify the applicability of the theoretical formula;finally,the design suggestions of TSLC wall slab were proposed to provide reference for further engineering applications.
