The 2025 period of Made in China is approaching,and the confrontation between China and the United States is becoming increasingly fierce.my country urgently needs technical support to catch up with the manufacturing industries of developed countries.Machine tools are the most basic and most important for industrial production.my country has not developed machine tools for a long time.Although there are many achievements in mechanical manufacturing,it is still catching up.In order to increase the market share and influence of domestic CNC machine tools,China is the only choice to vigorously develop the machine tool industry.The existing domestic CNC machine tools have made great breakthroughs in precision manufacturing,but there is no large number of databases to calculate the reliability of the machine.This article is aimed at the existing domestic CNC machine tools,and the important parts are the research objects.The main work content is as follows:(1)Carry out three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis for the important parts of the machine tool,and optimize the key parts according to the maximum deformation,the maximum stress value,and the first-order natural frequency.(2)Lightweight design of CNC machine tools based on properties such as structure,size and material.Topology optimization in the finite element analysis software improves the local structure design of the bed to reduce the quality and improve the characteristics of the bed.Parameterized modeling of CNC machine tools,through integrated software DOE experiment design and DOE experiment post-processing,comparative sensitivity analysis,select the size that has a greater impact on the characteristics of all the key parts of the bed,and the size optimization adopts NSGA-II genetic The algorithm performs multi-objective optimization calculation to obtain the Pareto optimal solution,which is used as a basis to improve the size of the key parts of the bed by rounding to rebuild the CNC machine tool model.(3)According to the optimized model,carry out the research and calculation of the reliability of the machine tool,and use Monte Carlo sampling to calculate the size of the machine tool based on the Latin hypercube sampling calculation based on the normal distribution,obtain sample data,and calculate the reliability of the machine.In order to achieve a more accurate reliability calculation value,fitting a proxy model with existing samples can reduce the calculation time and improve the calculation efficiency,which is convenient for obtaining a database with a larger number of samples.And use an accurate and credible proxy model to perform a larger order of magnitude reliability calculation.
