Research On The Application Of Deep Learning In Early Warning Of Oilfield Development Indicators

The oilfield development indicators are important references for oilfield development risk warning.With the deepening application of deep learning in the field of oilfield development,this paper proposes a research on the application of a deep learning-based oilfield development indicator warning model,which provides early warning for possible crisis situations in the oilfield development process,enabling oilfield managers to timely detect and handle emergencies and provide support for subsequent adjustment of oilfield development plans.This article firstly establishes an oilfield development indicator early warning system and determines the early warning process for oilfield development indicators.The grey correlation analysis method is used to select appropriate development indicators for early warning,and the3σ criterion is used to determine the warning interval.The oilfield development dataset is preprocessed,and the KNN algorithm is used to fill in the missing data.Then,based on the theory of deep learning,four oilfield development indicator early warning models,namely LSTM,PSO-LSTM,GA-LSTM,and GA-PSO-LSTM,are built.The models are trained and compared with experimental results using part of the data from the China National Petroleum Corporation’s oil-water well production data management system(A2).Finally,using Java as the development language and My SQL as the database for storing development indicator datasets,an oilfield development indicator early warning system is designed and implemented,which includes the management of daily and monthly oil well production data,display of water content and production warning results in development indicators,and other functions.The experimental results show that the GA-PSO-LSTM model,aided by the GA-PSO hybrid algorithm,can quickly find optimal parameters for the LSTM neural network.When applied in oilfield development index warning systems,it achieved the best results with a successful warning accuracy rate of 80%.The designed and implemented oilfield development index warning system helps oilfield management personnel to timely detect abnormal development indicators,providing support for subsequent exploitation plan adjustments and having certain promotion application value.
