Research On The Development Strategy Of CPPE Northeast Branch

Since China’s reform and opening up,China’s economic development has experienced rapid growth in the past forty years,and its economic volume has jumped to the second place in the world,and its comprehensive national strength has been increasing.Along with the country’s development and progress,energy consumption,especially fossil energy consumption is in great demand.Oil and natural gas consumption is among the highest in the world,and oil and natural gas imports rank first in the world.Affected by this,China’s oil and gas pipeline engineering construction projects have has seen explosive growth,which,has brought unprecedented development opportunities for oil and gas engineering survey and design enterprises in the industry.However,in recent years,along with the overall downturn of the global economy,the economic growth of the major economies in the world,especially China,has slowed down.The development of the oil and gas industry has been affected by the imbalance between supply and demand and the sharp fluctuations in fossil energy prices.The overall development of the industry has stepped into the trough.Under this background,the future development direction of China’s oil and gas engineering survey and design enterprises is a problem that enterprises must face.In view of this,this paper takes CPPE Northeast Branch,which specializes in oil and gas engineering survey and design,as the research object,and make an explanation of the basic theory of enterprise development strategy by using the strategic analysis methods such as PEST macro environment analysis method,five forces model of Michael Porter,IFE matrix,EFE matrix and other strategic analysis methods to obtain phased results.Then comprehensively use SWOT matrix analysis and QSPM matrix analysis to select the most attractive SO development strategy for enterprises,the export-oriented development strategy,which is to follow the trend of national development policies and give full play to the advantages to expand the market.Finally,through the description of the implementation of the development strategy of the enterprise,it provides a strong support for the smooth advance of the company’s development strategy.The research in this paper has certain practical significance and reference value for the constitution of the development strategy of CPPE Northeast Branch in the future period.It also provides a certain reference value for the development of enterprises with similar background and problems.
