| With the large-scale and diversified development of mining equipment,the effective management and fault diagnosis of equipment fault has become an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of equipment transportation,reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and ensure the safe production of the mine.At present,there are different ways to collect and process mine fault information in China,and there are various ways to store and manage mine fault information.It is of great theoretical significance and application value to establish a unified fault management system by standardized means.Based on the above background,on the basis of fully analyzing the fault characteristics of open-pit mining equipment,this paper strives to establish a unified equipment fault name database,fault flow database,characteristic parameter name database and fault characteristic parameter database,and realize the purpose of unified management of fault data in different mining methods through the interaction of multiple tables.The main research contents include:according to the data collection methods,there are three kinds of fault data collection and preprocessing methods:automatic data collection,semi-automatic data collection and manual data collection.The fault data collected by different methods are saved in the above-mentioned fault database;support vector machine algorithm is selected to establish the fault diagnosis model of open pit equipment,and its input characteristic parameters include not only the fault The historical data in the database of characteristic parameters is also selected as the input characteristic parameters,which are composed of four indexes:temperature,weather conditions,road conditions and road visibility.The test results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis of the model reaches 90%.Meet the expectation of equipment fault diagnosis.Finally,the overall framework of the open pit equipment fault management system is designed.The SQL Sever2016 database is used to save the fault data,and the visual studio 2013 WPF platform is used to develop the open pit equipment fault management system.The system was put into operation in August 2019 in Huaneng Yimin open pit mine.The application results show that the equipment fault management system of open pit mine has good stability,simple operation,convenient use,good universality and practicability. |
