| With the expansion of the mining scale of Sanshandao Gold Mine,the discharge of tailings is increasing day by day,and the accumulation of a large number of tailings brings great pressure to the environment.This project is devoted to opening up a new way of resource utilization of gold tailings,developing new technology for preparing glass foam with gold tailings,and realizing high value utilization of gold tailings.Microcrystalline foam glass can be applied to the field of building thermal insulation,and actively responds to the industrial requirements of the national development of assembled buildings.In this paper,gold tailings were used as the main raw materials.The preparation of high quality foamed glass and the microcrystalline treatment of foamed glass were mainly studied.The properties and structures of the foam materials were analyzed and characterized by comprehensive thermal analysis,X-ray electron probe(EMPA)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),universal material testing machine and thermal conductivity tester.The influence degree and mechanism of the factors on the internal bubble shape and distribution characteristics as well as the external physical and mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and apparent density of the products were studied.At the same time,the crystallization kinetics of the products was studied and the cry stallization behavior was analyzed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Basic glass composition design and preparation.Based on the process mineralogical analysis results of gold tailings and the phase diagram of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system,the basic glass formula is designed.Through a large number of water quenching experiments,the optimum content and main crystal phase of the main components of the basic glass are determined.(2)Optimum ratio and heat treatment system of foam glass.Using the method of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the products obtained under different additive dosage,sintering temperature and time were analyzed,and the optimum additive dosage and heat treatment system were determined.(3)Crystallization kinetics of microcrystalline foam glass.By changing the amount of TiO2 nucleating agent,the crystallization kinetics parameters were obtained based on Kissinger analysis.The influence of TiO2 nucleating agent and heating rate on the crystal type and crystallization activation energy of CAS microcrystalline foamed glass was studied,and the optimum addition amount of TiO2 nucleating agent was determined.(4)Study on the heat treatment system of microcrystalline foamed glass.On the basis of high quality foamed glass,single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were used to analyze the products under different heat treatment conditions.The optimum heat treatment process was determined,and a large number of crystals were formed in the sample. |
