Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Soil Pollution Survey Based On Enterprise Life Cycle

This paper studied the structure and evolution of soil pollution control system in foreign countries and the present situation and progress of soil pollution control in our country.The development of an enterprise is regarded as a life cycle.From the perspective of management,land use in different development stages of the life cycle of an enterprise is divided into preparation period,operation period,closing and relocation period.By combining the actual work,literature review and questionnaire,the problems existing in the soil pollution investigation at different stages of the enterprise life cycle were investigated,summarized and summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.This paper has practical guiding significance and reference function for soil pollution prevention and control work in enterprises.It is practical and operable,which is convenient for government management departments to effectively carry out soil pollution prevention and control management work in enterprises.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part firstly introduces the background,significance and content of research,the development status of foreign soil prevention and control,the concept of soil pollution and soil pollution status investigation,and expounds the development history of soil pollution prevention and control in our country.In the second part,the problems in the investigation of soil pollution in the whole life cycle are studied by combining the actual research,literature and questionnaire,and the countermeasures are put forward.Regarding the difficult problems in soil pollution investigation during the preparation period,23.33%,27.62%,25.71%and 23.33%respondents chose data collection,current situation investigation and sampling,soil prediction and soil status analysis.The proportion of these tasks is not very different,which also indicates that the soil pollution investigation during the preparation period is a new task,and the difficulty of these parts is similar and low for the units engaged in the investigation and preparation.When studying which work is the most difficult to do in soil pollution investigation during the operation period,40.82%of the respondents chose system hidden danger investigation and 30.61%chose business promotion.Comprehensive system hidden danger investigation is to conduct a detailed "physical examination" of the entire enterprise from raw materials,production process,equipment,treatment facilities,discharge direction and channels.Without a good grasp of the process and discharge links of the whole factory,it is impossible to accurately and comprehensively identify hidden dangers.This is also the main reason that enterprises think that comprehensive system hidden danger detection is the most difficult to do.It is proposed to formulate local and industrial soil pollution hidden trouble investigation guidelines based on regional and industrial characteristics,improve the technical and normative soil pollution hidden trouble investigation,and realize the strategy of card type,table filling and easy operation of important contents,so as to solve the problem of difficult soil pollution hidden trouble investigation in production enterprises.As for the investigation of soil pollution during the closing and relocation period,when asked which part of the investigation of soil pollution was the most difficult,44%chose to collect data and 25.33%chose to identify pollution sources.In view of the existing problems,a list of soil pollution investigation data was proposed and the data needed to be collected were listed one by one.Collect relevant information through multiple channels and analyze,judge,sort out and summarize the strategy,as follows.The third part summarized and prospected the work related to the soil pollution investigation in the enterprise life cycle.
