| In order to further improve the mechanical properties,heat transfer properties and shape memory properties of GO/EP shape memory composites,the two-dimensional alignment of graphene oxide and magnetic graphene oxide in the epoxy resin matrix was carried out by using electric field and magnetic field respectively,so that There are fused graphene oxide materials aligned in the X-Y direction in the epoxy resin matrix.Afterwards,through SEM scanning,WAXS scattering and statistical analysis of sheet alignment directions,it is proved that this method achieves a two-dimensional orientation effect.Heat transfer experiments show that after the GO sheets are oriented,the heat transfer performance of the two-dimensionally aligned GO/EP shape memory composites is significantly improved,and the thermal conductivity of the two-dimensionally aligned GO/EP shape memory composites is significantly improved.When the GO content is 1 wt%and the heating power is 10 W for 240 s,the upper surface temperature of the two-dimensional aligned GO/EP shape memory composite is 38.35%-41.75%higher than that of the uniformly doped GO/EP shape memory composite.Tensile experiments show that the tensile strength of twodimensionally aligned GO/EP shape memory composites is significantly improved after the GO sheets are oriented,and the tensile strength along the X direction reaches 24.52 MPa,an increase of 53.92%;the tensile strength along the Y direction The tensile strength reached 22.67 MPa,an increase of 42.31%.Shape recovery experiments show that orienting GO sheets in different directions will also affect the shape recovery performance of 2D aligned GO/EP shape memory composites,and orienting GO sheets can improve the shape recovery rate and Speed of shape recovery.When the GO content was 1 wt%,the shape recovery rate of the aligned GO/EP shape memory composites oriented along the X direction was 95.0%,and the shape retention rate was 98.0%,and the shape retention rate of the aligned GO/EP composites oriented along the Y direction The recovery rate was 95.0%,and the shape retention rate was 98.8%.When the GO content was 2 wt%,the shape recovery rate of the aligned GO/EP shape memory composites oriented along the X direction was 97.2%,and the shape retention rate was 95.6%,The shape recovery rate of aligned GO/EP shape memory composites oriented along the Y direction was 96.1%,and the shape retention rate was 95.5%.In this thesis,finite element simulation and molecular dynamics simulation are used to explain the mechanism of the mechanical properties,heat transfer properties and shape memory properties of GO/EP shape memory composites enhanced by alignment.Anti-icing experiments show that the average de-icing time of anti-icing/de-icing components without shape memory performance is 416 s,while the average de-icing time of anti-/deicing components with shape memory two-dimensional directional array GO/EP shape memory composite performance is 416 s.The deicing time is 324 s,and the deicing efficiency is increased by 28.39%.The deicing time data also proves that the deicing effect of anti-/deicing components with shape memory function is better than that of components without shape memory function. |
