| Dye is a common chemical supply,the physical and chemical properties of dye is relatively stable,not easy to decompose,including the dye containing persistent chemical substances.Poly acid ionic liquids(PAAILs)are a new class of polymers capable of filling the deficiencies of AAILs by retaining the unique properties of AAILs but also possessing the functions of polymer materials such as enhanced chemical and mechanical stability.In this paper,four kinds of polyionic liquid materials are prepared:Polyphenylalanine ionic liquid {P[Phe][EMI]} and its metal-organic framework(MOF)functionalized material {MOF-199@P[Phe][EMI]},polyalanine ionic liquid{P[ETA][Ala]} and its titanium dioxide functionalized material {P[ETA][Ala]@TiO2},The separation and analysis of dyes using polyamino acid ionic liquid as solid phase extraction agent was established.The research contents included:1.A new method for the separation and analysis of temptation red was established by high performance liquid chromatography with phenylalanine polyionic liquid {1(3-(7-(diethyl amino)-3-carbonyl-amino-2-propyl)-2-ethyl bromoimidazole P[Phe][EMI]} as solid phase extraction agent.It was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum(1H-NMR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Under optimized conditions,the linear range of AR was 0.01-10.00μg mL-1,and the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.004 μg mL-1.The adsorption mechanism of P[Phe][EMI]on AR was studied by isothermal adsorption and kinetic model,indicating the existence of chemisorption and monolayer adsorption.The method can be used to separate and analyze the red in candy and cocktail effectively.2.MOF-199@P[Phe][EMI]was obtained by MOF functionalization of polyphenylalanine ionic liquid P[Phe][EMI]in Chapter 2.A new method for the separation and analysis of malachite green by high performance liquid chromatography with MOF-199@P[Phe][EMI]as the solid phase extractant was developed.It was characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR and SEM.Zeta potential indicates that the surface charge of P[Phe][EMI]is negative,and the extraction performance of malachite green is better than that of the dye temptation red in Chapter 1.The experimental conditions of adsorbent dosage,pH and eluent type were investigated.Under optimized conditions,the linear range of malachite green(MG)was 0.01-10.00 μg mL-1,and LOD was 0.005μg mL-1.The adsorption mechanism of MOF-199@P[Phe][EMI]on MG was studied by isothermal adsorption and kinetic model,indicating the existence of chemisorption and monolayer adsorption.The method can be used to separate and analyze malachite green in water and fish effectively.3.A new method for the separation and analysis of sunset yellow was developed by using polyalanine ionic liquid {1-ethyl-3-benzyl triethylalanine P[ETA][Ala]} as a solid phase extractant.It was characterized by FTIR,nuclear carbon magnetic spectroscopy(13C-NMR)and SEM.Under optimized conditions,the linear range of sunset yellow(SY)was 0.02-20,00 μg mL-1,and LOD of SY was 0.009μg mL-1.By isothermal adsorption and kinetic model to explore adsorption mechanism of P[ETA][Ala]on SY.The method can be effectively used to separate and analyze sunset yellow in beverage.4.The composite material TiO2@P[ETA][Ala]was prepared by TiO2 functionalization of polyamino acid ionic liquid.They were characterized by FTIR,Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The experimental results show that the material exhibits good adsorption and catalytic performance for sunset yellow.Through radical scavenging experiments,the photocatalytic mechanism of this material was investigated.TiO2@P[ETA][Ala]can improve the transfer of photogenerated electrons between the catalyst and sunset yellow,and the sunset yellow removal rate reaches 98%. |
