At present,in the context of global climate change and the "dual-carbon" goals, the tangible quantification of green consumption behavior through the carbon inclusive platform is an effective way to build a low-carbon society in China.Taking the Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform as an example, this paper aims to explore the low-carbon consumption guidance mechanism under the "dual-carbon" goals, and clarify the relationship and mechanism between low-carbon tangibility and low-carbon travel consumption behavior.Beijing is focusing on the field of low-carbon travel behavior to accelerate the scientific innovation and in-depth practice of the carbon inclusive platform.Based on the case of the MaaS platform, this paper conducts a systematic study on the framework system of the Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform, which can be summarized into four stages, namely, defining the participants, identifying low-carbon behaviors, quantifying low-carbon behaviors, and constructing incentive mechanisms.Through the comparison with other carbon inclusive platforms at home and abroad, including the"Carbon Inclusive Tianfu" mechanism in Chengdu and the "Carbon Banking System"in Gwangju,South Korea, three prominent advantages of Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform can be found, namely, the new mode of government-enterprise cooperation, the tangibility of low-carbon travel behavior, the promotion of low-carbon awareness and financial incentives.Through sorting out the framework of the case platform, based on the attitudebehavior-context model and theory of interpersonal behavior, this paper further constructs a research model of low-carbon tangibility and low-carbon travel consumption behavior.Specifically, taking the low-carbon tangibility under the carbon inclusive platform as the independent variable, the low-carbon travel behavior of the consumer as the dependent variable, the low-carbon awareness as the mediating variable, and the financial incentives as the moderating variable, the theoretical hypothesis of three sets of path relationships is proposed. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the empirical research, this study conducts in-depth research on the personal feelings and low-carbon travel behavior of consumers in Beijing under the "dual-carbon" goal and carbon inclusive platform.Referring to the research results of previous scholars, this paper chooses to refer to the existing mature scale, uses the Likert 5-level scale and the online "Questionnaire Star" platform to compile and distribute the questionnaire.A total of 509 questionnaires were collected,of which 459 are valid sample data. The test results of SPSS show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.According to the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the objects of this survey are widely covered and reasonably distributed, and the respondents have a basic sense of identity and certain differences on the items. This paper conducts an empirical study on the internal relationship and mechanism between low-carbon tangibility and low-carbon travel consumption behavior.Firstly, based on the regression results of the multiple linear regression model, the low-carbon tangibility under the Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform has a positive correlation with the low-carbon travel behavior of consumers.By comparing the two groups of subsamples that have used the Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform and those that have not used the Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform,it is found that this positive promotion is stronger in the former subsample.Hypothesis 1a has been fully demonstrated thus.Secondly, with regard to the heterogeneity under different income levels,it is found that under the different monthly income per capita of households, the promotion effect of low-carbon tangibility level on low-carbon travel behavior shows obvious asymmetry, which is stronger in the subsamples above 20000 yuan. So,hypothesis lb can be verified. In addition, the empirical results effectively confirm the hypothesis 2 of the mediating effect, that is,there is a partial mediating effect between low-carbon tangibility and low-carbon travel consumption behavior. After the coefficient product test and Sobel test,as well as the 500 times sampling by Bootstrap method, the above conclusion still holds. Then, this paper takes the financial incentives as the moderating variable, and uses the multiple linear regression model incorporating the interaction term. The results show that financial incentives play a positive interactive moderating role in the correlation between low-carbon tangibility and low-carbon travel consumption behavior, thus hypothesis 3 is verified. Finally, based on the results of literature review, case analysis, questionnaire survey and empirical research,in the context of the realization path of the "dual-carbon"goal and the practice status of the Beijing Carbon Inclusive Platform, this paper puts forward theoretical reference and policy recommendations from the perspective of the government, enterprises and the public.First,it is essential for a "promising government" to give full play to the overall coordination role in the carbon inclusive system construction.Second,it is crucial for an "effective market" to give full play to the decisive role in the allocation of resources.Third,it is vital for a "dynamic society"to give full play to the practical potential of consumers in low-carbon emission reduction.
