| Visible light-mediated catalytic system is an important strategy to achieve chemical transformation and organic synthesis,due to its efficient and simple catalytic process,its green economy nature,it is loved by the majority of researchers.In recent years,research into the hydroalkylation reaction has gradually emerged as an important issue in the field of organic chemical synthesis,and is also an essential step in the synthesis of certain drug molecules as well as organic intermediates.Because of its high pharmacological activity,the products synthesized have excellent application values in the field of medicine and pharmacy.[1]Combined with the research content of our group and the extensive research progress from the outside world,this paper introduces the different hydrogenated alkylation reactions achieved by different alkyne substrates under the green and environmentally friendly visible light,and constructs a series of hydrogenated alkylation products.The thesis mainly consists of the following three parts:1.A series of hydrogenated alkylated five-member heterocyclic compounds were synthesized through an atom transfer radical cyclization process(ATRC)using 1,6-enyne and dimethyl malonate derived from different terminal alkenes as substrates,Ir(dtbbpy)(ppy)2PF6 as photocatalyst,Cs2CO3 as base,acetonitrile as solvent under nitrogen protection and blue led irradiation.2.A series of hydrogenated alkylated trisubstituted dienes were synthesized using 1,3-enyne and dimethyl malonate derived from different terminal alkenes as substrates,Ir(dtbbpy)(ppy)2PF6 as photocatalyst,Cs2CO3 as base,acetonitrile as solvent under nitrogen protection and blue led irradiation.Compared with the reported literature,the reaction substrate has high universality,warm reaction conditions,and no expensive and toxic transition metal catalysts are used,which is green and economic.3.A series of hydrogenation alkylated 1,4-addition compounds were synthesized using 1,3enyne and various dicarbonyl compounds as substrates,Ir(dtbbpy)(ppy)2PF6 as photocatalyst,acetonitrile as solvent,and Cs2CO3 as base under nitrogen protection and blue led irradiation.Representatives of the structures of the products synthesized above were obtained,including nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR,13C NMR,19F NMR),high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS),and their structures were definited by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. |
