| During the process of gas well operations,if liquid is not timely discharged,there will be accumulation of liquid at the bottom of the well,which can lead to production shutdown in serious cases.In the traditional process of pumping and discharging liquid and gas,a device is required to be installed at each well,and the maintenance cost of the device is high,the safety is poor,and there is a large amount of pump wear and tear.This paper designs a steel cable-driven plunger discharge and gas extraction device for wellheads.The power source for the steel cable is provided by a wire rope.The plunger is driven by the steel cable to perform reciprocating motion to discharge liquid and extract gas.The wellhead device is used to protect the steel cable during its movement in a closed environment.The operating safety is high,and the gas extraction operation can be carried out efficiently.The paper presents the overall design scheme for the steel cable-driven plunger discharge and gas extraction device for wellheads.The structural design of the main components,including pulley components,anti-spray boxes,flow resistance pipes,catchers,and anti-spray pipes,is carried out,and a 3D model is established using Solid Works software.The relationship between the pressure difference of the flow resistance pipe and the gap and the grease injection flow rate is established through fluid dynamics and kinematic analysis,providing a theoretical basis for tool design and on-site construction.A three-dimensional model of the device is established,and ANSYS software is used to perform numerical simulation analysis on the main parts of the wellhead device to verify the stability and reliability of the structure through simulation.The anti-spray box device is simplified,and the fluid domain is extracted.Fluent software is used to simulate the static sealing of the steel cable under different working conditions,and the volume distribution cloud map of the grease under different conditions is compared.By analyzing the relationship between grease pressure and gas leakage,it is found that the grease pressure is about0.6 MPa higher than the gas pressure,the gas leakage is the smallest,and the sealing effect is the best.The steel cable-driven plunger discharge and gas extraction device for wellheads can meet the requirements of efficient and safe operation in low-pressure gas fields,improve the efficiency of liquid discharge and gas extraction,and reduce labor costs.It has high economic benefits for gas field extraction. |
