The Research On The Effectiveness Of Capital Structure Affected By Capital Deepening Of HL Company

Manufacturing industry is not only the pillar industry of China’s national economy,but also the micro cornerstone of high-quality economic development in the new development stage.China’s steel manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly for a long time,and its comprehensive strength as well as innovation ability are increasing,and it has now become a strong steel manufacturing country.Moreover,with the level of China’s economic development and the saturation of the domestic and foreign markets of traditional labor-intensive products,China’s economy is gradually changing from labor-intensive to capital-intensive and technology-intensive,among which the capital deepening of manufacturing enterprises is particularly prominent.In this context,it is worth exploring further what impact this will have on the effectiveness of the capital structure of Chinese steel manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the impact of capital deepening on the effectiveness of capital structure in Chinese steel manufacturing industry in the context of continuous capital deepening.This thesis selects HL,an iron and steel manufacturing company,as the object of the case study,adopts the case study method and comparative analysis method,comprehensively and systematically investigates the impact of capital deepening on the capital structure effectiveness of HL,and proposes measures to improve the capital structure effectiveness of HL.The analysis of financial data from the perspectives of process efficiency and result efficiency is presented.The process effectiveness of HL’s capital structure is influenced by capital deepening through the influence of financial multiplier effect and asset turnover effect,which optimizes the capital structure and improves the efficiency of capital allocation;the result effectiveness of HL’s capital structure is influenced by the influence of capital profitability effect and capital preservation effect,which improves the capital profitability and capital preservation effect of HL.The research on the effect of capital structure effectiveness under capital deepening in HL not only enriches and expands the theory of the effect of capital deepening on the effectiveness of capital structure in HL,but also improves the efficiency of capital deepening,improves labor efficiency,clarifies the goal of capital structure optimization and improves the efficiency of capital use.The study on the impact of capital deepening on the effectiveness of capital structure of HL not only enriches and expands the theory of capital deepening on the effectiveness of capital structure,but also provides a new analytical paradigm and realization path for the improvement of the effectiveness of capital structure under capital deepening of manufacturing enterprises.
