The development of education is crucial to the country and society, and the training of teachers plays a decisive role in it.Normal students,as the backup force of future teachers, how to improve their classroom teaching level is the most concerned issue of all researchers. In the 1980 s,American scholar Shulman put forward the concept of PCK,which refers to the transformation of subject knowledge mastered by teachers into knowledge in a form that is easy for students to understand,as an important part of the professional development of subject teachers,PCK is of great significance to the professional development of normal students.Based on the micro-simulation training, this study analyzes the PCK development of eight chemistry normal students in the six stages of learning and practice, and clarifies the PCK development characteristics of normal students at each stage,so as to understand the development of PCK elements of chemistry normal students,to further improve the PCK development level of chemistry normal students, and deepen the research on PCK development of normal students. In this study, the relevant literature at home and abroad was firstly sorted out,and the constituent elements of teachers’ PCK and the research methods that should be used in this study were clarified. With Park’s pentagon structure model as the theoretical basis, the theoretical analysis framework of this study was defined, and according to the characteristics of chemistry, the five elements of PCK are explained in detail.Secondly, through the method of purposeful sampling, eight chemistry normal students from Shanxi Normal University were selected as the research objects of this study. This study tracked and recorded the three-stage micro-lectures and three-stage micro-simulation teaching of eight chemistry normal students, and collected all the micro-lectures and micro-simulation teaching video materials, lecture notes, teaching design, and after-class interview records, etc, the video data is transcribed, and the obtained data is analyzed by text analysis method, and the frequency statistics table of PCK elements of normal students at each stage, the correlation frequency statistics table of PCK elements and the PCK-Map map are obtained.Through the analysis of the obtained data,it was found that:(1)In the first stage of micro-lectures,the attention of normal students mostly focused on KISR,and the attention of normal students to OTS and KAs was almost absent at this stage;after entering the second stage of micro-lectures,normal students pay more attention to the knowledge of OTS and KSC,and improve rapidly, but they pay less attention to KISR and almost lack of attention to KAs;in the third stage of micro-lectures,normal students paid the most attention to KISR,KSU and KSC,but less attention to KAs and OTS,and their PCK development level has been steadily improved;in the first stage of the micro-simulation teaching, the normal students’ exercise explanation level was good, and their KSU and KISR developed well, but the lack of KAs and OTS was serious;after entering the second stage of micro-simulation teaching,in addition to paying more attention to KISR and KSC,normal students’ attention to KAs has also increased significantly;in the third stage of micro-simulation teaching, the PCK level of normal students has been comprehensively improved, but the knowledge of OTS and KAs needs to be further studied and improved;(2)The overall PCK development of normal students showed an obvious upward trend;(3)The PCK development progress of each normal student was inconsistent.According to the research results, suggestions are put forward:(1)Make full use of micro-training to improve the PCK development level of normal students,(2)Provide targeted guidance according to the concerns of normal students at different stages;(3)Teacher training should take into account students with different PCK development progress, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
