| As the exploration and development of oil and gas fields continues,the formation structure encountered in vertical drilling operations is becoming more and more complex,especially in high and steep formations where the problem of"preventing slanting and straightening"has become a difficult and important issue in drilling operations.Therefore,it is necessary to study a closed-loop vertical drilling tool that can adjust the borehole trajectory independently to drill the desired borehole.To this end,this paper proposes an electromechanical combination of an automatic vertical drilling tool with both inclination correction and straightening functions.This paper analyzes the working principle of the vertical drilling tool,proposes a mechatronic automatic vertical drilling tool(hereinafter referred to as:vertical drilling tool),carries out the scheme design of the motor drive of the vertical drilling tool and the structure design of the vertical drilling tool.In this paper,the hydrostatic analysis of the tilt correction work of the stabilized platform of the vertical drilling tool is carried out,the influence of the rotary friction moment of the support bearing of the eccentric mechanism and the friction moment between the disc valves on the deflection angle of the eccentric mechanism is studied,the influence of main design parameter of the stabilized platform on the deflection angle of the eccentric mechanism is investigated,the sensitivity analysis of the influence of each design parameter of the eccentric mechanism on the deflection angle is carried out by using the orthogonal test method,and the optimal design parameters of the eccentric mechanism are determined as:length of the eccentric mechanism l=2000mm,inner radiusr1=34mmand outer radius2r=62mm.Finite element modeling and strength analysis of the eccentric mechanism of the vertical drilling tool arecarried out by using ANSYS software,and modal analysis of the bottom hole assembly(BHA)containing the vertical drilling tool is carried out.The force analysis of the stable platform of the vertical drilling tool is carried out,and the dynamic equations of the stable platform are established.Combined with Solid Works and ADAMS software,the work of the stable platform of the tool is simulated,and the simulation curve of the eccentric mechanism motion of the vertical drilling tool during the work of tilt correction and straightening are obtained,which proved the function of tilt correction and straightening of the tool.The above analysis work illustrates the advantages of the vertical drilling tool and provides reference for the research and development of the vertical drilling tool. |
