As the key equipment for crude oil pipeline transportation,centrifugal oil pump often produces vibration when failure occurs in the later stage of operation,resulting in lower lift and lower work efficiency.In this study,there is abnormal vibration of the external pump in the series centrifugal oil pump set at a certain oil transfer site in Changqing Oilfield.Therefore,the model and analysis of the external pump KDY500-140×3A centrifugal oil pump are used as the main research object in this paper.,the main work is as follows:The influence of pipeline characteristics on the working performance of the centrifugal oil pump was analyzed,and the operating points of the series centrifugal oil pump group under different speed differences were obtained;the three-dimensional numerical model of the centrifugal oil pump was established by Solidworks software,based on the basic theory of numerical calculation,using ANSYS CFX the software numerically calculates the internal flow field of the centrifugal oil transfer pump,analyzes and studies the vibration factors of the oil transfer pump caused by hydraulic action;analyzes the distribution law of pressure,velocity and cavitation in the flow field in the pump when cavitation occurs;The impeller and pump casing use the one-way fluid-solid coupling method to analyze the static structure,and calculate the stress,strain and displacement generated by the fluid exciting force acting on the impeller and pump casing structure;The modal analysis of the impeller,pump casing and rotor structure is carried out to analyze the vibration characteristics.The research shows that the positions where cavitation is prone to occur are the back of the first-stage impeller blade inlet,the impeller outlet and the vicinity of the pump casing.The structural stress and strain of the impeller of the centrifugal oil pump varies uniformly along the radius,and the stress and strain of the pump casing are mainly concentrated at the outlet;the modal deformation of the impeller is small,and the modal deformation of the pump casing is mainly at the outlet of the pump casing;The research results have important guiding significance for the scientific and rational operation and management of the on-site oil pump.
