| Urban logistics network design is an inevitable requirement to support the high-quality development of urban economy and enhance the core competitiveness of the city. The problem of traffic congestion in modern cities is becoming more and more serious, which reduces the driving speed of vehicles, increases the distribution time and reduces the distribution efficiency. In addition, the "double carbon" goal also poses new challenges to the selection of logistics distribution models and route optimization. On the premise of meeting the distribution needs of customers, how to minimize the distribution cost, reduce the energy consumption and carbon emission in the distribution process, and realize the coordinated development of "economy environment" system has become the focus of logistics distribution companies.Based on this, considering the reality of traffic congestion and the development trend of green distribution, this paper integrates the distribution cost change caused by traffic congestion and the carbon emission reduction effect of green distribution into the design of urban logistics distribution network, establishes an urban logistics distribution network path optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total cost, and designs corresponding algorithms to solve the model.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research work of relevant scholars at home and abroad on traffic congestion, green distribution and urban logistics network design. It is found that there is little research on the combination of traffic congestion, green distribution and urban logistics network design. In this field, the design of three-level urban logistics network between logistics parks, distribution centers and multiple customer demand points is more scarce.Secondly, based on the interaction between traffic congestion and urban logistics, this paper analyzes the key indicators such as highway capacity manual, travel time and urban traffic congestion coefficient. On the basis of explaining the connotation of green distribution, this paper analyzes the development status of green distribution logistics vehicle, convenient access and distribution mode,as well as the impact of green distribution on the design of urban logistics network.Thirdly, aiming at minimizing the total distribution cost of the sum of fixed cost, carbon emission cost, transportation cost and time penalty cost, and considering the constraints of driving time, driving speed, carbon emission caused by traffic congestion and relevant influencing factors such as row, vehicle ratio and charging pile caused by green distribution,an urban logistics network design model for mixed distribution of fuel vehicles and electric logistics vehicles is established,The elite retention strategy is introduced, and the queen bee evolution method and crossover operator are combined to improve the genetic algorithm to solve the model. Finally, combined with the example analysis of M enterprise, the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization model and improved solution algorithm are verified. The urban logistics network optimization problem considering traffic congestion and green distribution studied in this paper increases the research depth and difficulty compared with the traditional path optimization problem.Theoretically,it broadens the relevant theories of urban logistics network design. At the practical level,it provides a reference for logistics enterprises to achieve the low-carbon goal of the logistics industry and ensure their own economic benefits. |
