| With the development of industrialization and urbanization and the lack of environmental protection awareness,while the quality of life is improved,the arbitrary discharge of industrial wastewater spreads more organic pollutants,heavy metals,suspended solids and other pollutants into groundwater in China,and the remediation of groundwater is imminent.At present,the groundwater remediation control system in China is relatively less advanced,the cost of sewage treatment is high and the automation level is low.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs an intelligent control system for groundwater in-situ remediation equipment.The system achieves the integrated control of groundwater repair equipment and improves the automation level of groundwater repair technology.The intelligent control system of groundwater in situ repair equipment takes PLC as the main control unit and combines pressure sensor,flow meter and level meter to realize the intelligent control of groundwater in situ repair equipment.This system uses the touch screen and PLC combined closed-loop control system.Hardware selection,circuit design and control cabinet design are the main contents of hardware system design.The design of software system is divided into two parts:touch screen interface and PLC control program.This paper adopts the idea of modular design to design The PLC control program,and divides the control program into seven sub-modules,which are automatic control module,manual control module,analog quantity acquisition module,input and output module,communication module,injection module and alarm module,and designs the corresponding program for each sub-module.PID control algorithm is used to adjust the opening and closing degree of electric regulating valve to achieve the purpose of constant flow injection of ozone and air.In order to further improve the effect of groundwater remediation,this paper uses injection well technology and in-situ chemical remediation method to decompose the organic pollutants in groundwater into non-toxic or less harmful substances,so as to achieve the purpose of destroying the pollutants.Based on the design of hardware system and software system,this paper tests the intelligent control system of in-situ remediation of groundwater.The test proves that the control system can realize unattended automatic operation.The groundwater in situ intelligent repair system designed in this paper greatly improves the efficiency of groundwater repair,ensures the safety and efficiency of equipment in the process of use,and greatly reduces the labor cost,which is of great significance to the development of groundwater in situ repair technology. |
