Tail vegetables have high moisture content and are prone to spoilage and rot when piled up in the field,causing flies.Therefore,they are agricultural wastes that need proper treatment.Anaerobic fermentation is a more suitable way to treat tail vegetables.The fermentation liquid of Chinese cabbage formed after anaerobic fermentation can be used as liquid fertilizer and soil conditioner,which is a beneficial way to resource utilization of Chinese cabbage.On the other hand,in order to pursue yield,China’s facility agriculture blindly fertilizes,resulting in excessive fertilizer application and low utilization rate of fertility.In the long run,this will change the living environment of soil microorganisms,resulting in the reduction of microbial number and activity,and the quality of vegetables.In this thesis,the fermentation liquid formed after anaerobic fermentation of tomato tail vegetables was determined to measure the main components and content in the fermentation liquid.Through the pot experiment of lettuce,the main components and content of the fermentation liquid were simulated step by step to explore the growth effect of the fermentation liquid on lettuce.Plays a positive role in the fermented liquid of lettuce and soil,the result of the fermentation liquor input and fertilizer was conducted under the background of shi reduction effect of cucumber growth,study on the soil after replacing part of the fertilizer fermented liquid system,microbes,plants,and has carried on the correlation analysis,in order to facility agriculture development and increase the efficient in the field of the application to provide theoretical reference,The main research contents are as follows:(1)Application of fermentation liquid,lactic acid and fertilizer can increase soil nutrient content and lettuce yield.The treatment effect of fermentation liquid group is the best,and the results are as follows:fermentation liquid,lactic acid+fertilizer,lactic acid,fertilizer,water;Through the analysis of the results of the level experiment,it was found that the organic acid activation of soil nutrients and the beneficial ingredients such as trace elements brought into the fermentation liquid increased the yield of lettuce by 22.0%.(2)The available P in soil increased by 29.8%in 100%fermentation broth treatment.67%fermentation broth increased available potassium by 20.9%.Fermentation broth and lactic acid could significantly increase the mass fractions of available P and available K in soil,and promote the growth effect of lettuce.(3)Application of fermentation broth and lactic acid could promote the accumulation of soluble sugar in lettuce leaves and reduce the mass fraction of nitrate in leaves.The soluble sugar increased by 83%and nitrate decreased by 36.7%with 100%fermentation solution and67%fermentation solution.(4)The application of fertilizer directly increased the available soil nutrients,but excessive fertilization caused the accumulation of nutrients and the deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties;The application of cabbage fermentation liquid can activate the available nutrients in soil and increase the nutrient content.At the same time,the number and activity of microorganisms were closely related to soil nutrient content.Reduced fertilization combined with fermentation liquid could effectively increase the number of soil bacteria and actinomycetes.In the 40%fertilizer reduction combined with fermentation liquid,the microbial activity was the strongest and the nutrient content was the highest,and the number of bacteria increased from 2.75×10~7cfu/g to 4.05×10~7cfu/g.Increased by 47.27%;The number of actinomycetes increased from 3.78×10~7cfu/g to 7.28×10~7cfu/g,increasing by 92.59%.(5)The organic acids in fermentation broth can promote the dissolution and release of trace elements,and increase the available trace elements in soil.The application of fermentation broth can promote the microbial action,increase the content of organic matter,and promote the leaching of trace elements.The quality of cucumber can be improved by increasing the content of soil trace elements,but the excessive application of fertilizer will lead to the accumulation of nitrate.In this experiment,40%reduction of fertilizer combined with fermentation liquid can increase the soluble sugar content of cucumber,and reduce nitrate,and improve the quality of cucumber.(6)Reduced fertilization with fermented liquid improved the soil microbial activity,promote nutrient increased,stimulate the growth of the cucumber root system,so as to promote the absorption of nutrients,including 40%with fermented liquid fertilizer deweighting cucumber quality best,the highest yield,compared with conventional fertilization make cucumber yield increased 31.7%,but when fertilizer use drop too much,The yield of cucumber decreased by 20.1%in the treatment of 80%fertilizer reduction and fermentation broth.
